I am really grateful to both Richard and Teresa for the amazing care they took over the sale of my Dads house. It was a stressful time and they helped to smooth over any bumps in the process, and as a result the sale to completion only took 8 weeks. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They were a pleasure to work with.

Richard & Teresa went above and beyond during our house purchase through Jackson & Grundy Long Buckby. Our purchase was challenging to say the least, but they were always the other end of the phone for reassurance and help along the way. If we were ever to sell in the future, I would be heading straight to Jackson Grundy Long Buckby and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

JG from the beginning to the end very good. Always there to answer any questions and it was never a problem to get additional viewings.
There was always someone available to answer any questions and deal with any issues that arose. Teresa was especially good, she made sure we were up to speed with what we needed to do in a professional and friendly manner.
Teresa also had no problems with having to deal with the solicitors and the difficult calls on our behalf and got things done. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to use JG again.

I chose Jackson Grundy following a recommendation and boy am I glad I did! The entire process was stress free and professionally handled. From the valuation through to sale nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them - they are faultless.

Valuation was low. Clearly the agent wanted a very quick sale at my expense. The valuation was based on a 4 bed house in a 5 mile radius and not the local area or condition of the property. As the agent stated it’s just another 4 bed property. I insisted on an increased which was justified by the eventual sale price. Very slow to respond to emails and missed an offer by the eventual buyer after I prompted them after 4 days that the buyer had contacted me with an offer after no response from the agents. It very much felt like I was doing all the running, negotiating with the buyer and pushing things along. On exchange day the agents went off line and I was left to chase the buyer and solicitors, hence we missed the exchange.
