Although we did not end up completing due to extenuating circumstances I cannot fault Jackson Grundy. They treated our house with respect and were able to secure offers extremely quickly after going on market and the care throughout the process was faultless. Teresa was a joy to work with - she did all the viewings and then took on sale progressor role which is not for the faint hearted it turns out! She kept us updated regularly and was able to provide expert guidance when our chain started to get complicated. I can’t recommend Jackson Grundy enough and Teresa in particular is worth her weight in gold. Thank you for everything, Teresa - here is hoping our next chain (whenever that may be) will be a successful one!

The team at the Long Buckby branch were very professional throughout. Richard and Sam dealt with the marketing and sale of our home very smoothly and we felt supported every step of the way. We were very happy with the marketing too.<br>Charlotte was most proactive with the conveyancing and a great communicator.<br>I would highly recommend Jackson Grundy Village Agency and if we were to move again they would be my first choice.

Teresa was wonderful - we had an incredibly stressful chain that our purchase was in the middle of, and she went above and beyond to make everything work. If it wasn't for Teresa, there is not way this would have all gone through but thankfully she was a star and we will be forever grateful!

We came across Jackson Grundy when we were house hunting and found our new home with the help of Sam who was so lovely and accommodating. Once the purchase went through and all the surveys and enquiries began, along with all the problems that ensue with a long chain, Charlotte took over and made this part alot easier with her helpful updates. She liaised with our estate agent and solicitors so much, to try to move things along. Charlotte was so lovely and cheerful on the phone and really nothing was too much trouble. So I would strongly recommend this lovely team if you are thinking of moving. Professional, helpful and lovely to deal with.

This is purely a review for johnny at Jackson Grundy,
I just want to say how much I appreciate the way Jhonny has looked after us during our ongoing house?hunting journey. He actually takes the time to call, update us, and keep us in the loop — even with small things like leaving a quick voicemail. It might seem minor, but it means a lot.
We’ve dealt with so many estate agents and most of them just disappear off the radar. Jhonny has been the ONLY one who has stayed consistent, loyal, and genuinely helpful! His honesty and communication have really stood out us! Thank you, Jhonny — your effort hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we truly appreciate it! Hope we see more of you! ??????
