From the very beginning, Megan and Sarah have both been absolutely incredible.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we had so many questions and, at times, the process felt overwhelming. Megan was always professional, approachable, knowledgable and honest, taking the time to explain everything clearly and never making us feel like any question was too small.<br><br>Sarah has also been outstanding throughout the mortgage process. Our application wasn’t straightforward and when the bank requested additional information before making their decision, Sarah worked tirelessly behind the scenes, keeping us updated every step of the way, responding incredibly quickly to every email and always reassuring us when things felt stressful. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, our mortgage was approved, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful.<br><br>Both Megan and Sarah have gone above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much more manageable. Their communication has been exceptional, and we’ve always felt like they genuinely cared about helping us achieve our dream of buying our first home.<br><br>we honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. A brief update on my previous review - Miranda Royal has gone above and beyond in guiding us through the eventual sale of our property. Through no fault of theirs we had to take a different route but Miranda has kept in touch and offered the most helpful advice and reassurance. She is an absolute gem ??.<br><br>Jackson Grundy have been marvellous in their professional and friendly approach when it came to selling our home.<br><br>Always available to answer any queries and to host every viewing and to also tailor advertising the house to our specifications.<br><br>We were always kept informed of feedback and offered great advice during the process.<br><br>James, Codie and Miranda have particularly been so understanding, helpful and supportive.<br><br>Thank you so much for all that you have done to make this happen.
