My partner and I recently bought our first home through Jackson Grundy and we cannot express how friendly and supportive they were.
Olivia, who conducted our viewings, was always there on time and knew all the answers to the questions we threw at her. She was really flexible in arranging multiple viewings, even fitting us in even on busy days, and made us feel so supported when it came to putting in our offer!
Becky kept us informed throughout the whole process, ensured everything was running smoothly, and was always willing to answer any questions or concerns. She was professional, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond in chasing relevant parties to get the sale across the line. It really felt like we had someone fighting our corner and provided us with much reassurance as first time buyers.
A big thank you to Becky, Olivia and the whole Jackson Grundy team - we are so grateful.

I have to say from the start, just how great Jackson and Grundys letting team in Northampton are.
I started my renting journey as a single woman 10 years ago and have been truely looked after by Marjana and the team.
Constant clear communication always advised in advance.
Any issues as a tenant were addressed and resolved very quickly and I was always kept up to date.
Marjana and the team made it all so easy and efficient.
This has honestly been the case for all this time of 10 years.
I have been extremely lucky to now move on as a property owner but if that wasn't the case I probably would have never left.
I highly recommend them for anyone looking rent because you will be really looked after.
A big thank you to all the team but especially Marjana.

During our tenancy, we mostly dealt with Marjana Landsell and I can confidently confirm that we had an amazing experience thanks to her. The communication was exceptional throughout the entire tenancy, it was a perfect balance between friendly and professional. She was always open, honest, and approachable, which made our experience with Jackson Grundy very pleasant. Whenever any issues arose, she responded promptly and ensured they were dealt with efficiently. What we appreciated most was her transparency—she never hesitated to share her thoughts and opinions directly, providing honest guidance at every stage. This is purely a review for johnny at Jackson Grundy,
I just want to say how much I appreciate the way Jhonny has looked after us during our ongoing house?hunting journey. He actually takes the time to call, update us, and keep us in the loop — even with small things like leaving a quick voicemail. It might seem minor, but it means a lot.
We’ve dealt with so many estate agents and most of them just disappear off the radar. Jhonny has been the ONLY one who has stayed consistent, loyal, and genuinely helpful! His honesty and communication have really stood out us! Thank you, Jhonny — your effort hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we truly appreciate it! Hope we see more of you! ??????

Beyond grateful to Sam, Aby and Rhys for representing me during my sale. I loved my first home, and I’m grateful for their support and finding me a buyer quickly. I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional.
Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well.
I’d definitely go back to Jackson Grundy when we come to sell (hopefully not for many years yet!). We’re beyond grateful for their help.
