We had such a brilliant experience with Jackson Grundy The Village Agency. We chose a local estate agent as we wanted more than just a company to show people around. We wanted someone who knew what it was like to live locally and experience life as we do. Whilst Richard completed the initial valuation, Sam led the appointments and feedback. We didnt have to chase, they were on it as a team. If someone wasn’t available, another person chased viewers and followed up with us. After a price adjustment we had 6 viewings in 9 days and 3 offers. The service doesn’t stop there. They then check the chain to ensure everything ties ups and we have made the right choice in terms of which offer to accept. We then moved onto the back office support and this was another level. My goodness. Charlotte was simply amazing! We had a sizeable chain with a very tricky solicitor below and a difficult vendor above. Charlotte constantly went above and beyond to understand where the chain were with solicitor enquiries. This kept us moving. All in all we were 14 weeks from the offer we made to purchase, to moving in date. For a chain of 5 properties, this is fantastic and I truly think we wouldn’t have gotten there so successfully without Charlotte’s support. I’d recommend the Jackson Grundy service to anyone.
