My partner and I recently bought our first home through Jackson Grundy and we cannot express how friendly and supportive they were. Olivia, who conducted our viewings, was always there on time and knew all the answers to the questions we threw at her. She was really flexible in arranging multiple viewings, even fitting us in even on busy days, and made us feel so supported when it came to putting in our offer! Becky kept us informed throughout the whole process, ensured everything was running smoothly, and was always willing to answer any questions or concerns. She was professional, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond in chasing relevant parties to get the sale across the line. I have to say from the start, just how great Jackson and Grundys letting team in Northampton are. I started my renting journey as a single woman 10 years ago and have been truely looked after by Marjana and the team. Constant clear communication always advised in advance. Any issues as a tenant were addressed and resolved very quickly and I was always kept up to date. Marjana and the team made it all so easy and efficient. This has honestly been the case for all this time of 10 years. I have been extremely lucky to now move on as a property owner but if that wasn't the case I probably would have never left.
