Jackson Grundy were efficient and professional from the beginning. Starting with Sam, followed up with Bailey and Anna. They were proactive, we accepted an offer of the asking price within a few days. They kept us well informed on a regular basis. When the first sale fell through they remarketed the property and very quickly found a new buyer. They were also good at negotiating on our behalf without having to refer back to us for everything. Sold house and relocated to the Cotswolds where other estate agents failed. The true shining star in the process was Anna Stratford from the Kingsthorpe Branch who was truly fantastic from start to finish through a very stressful sale. Anna was extremely knowledgable about the whole process (Even the complicated Legal bits). Anna chased when things needed chasing. She kept us fully up to date (with the good and the bad updates) She was the glue for us when we felt like it was all falling apart (many times). As a result of Anna we would highly recommend Jackson Grundy Kingsthorpe. Thanks to Bailey too but Anna really did make our Cotswold dream come true.
