As tenants of a JG rental property, I can definitely say that we've been treated with care, support and kindness over the 4 years we've rented with them. Whenever an issue arose with the property, the team at JG were quick and professional to deal with, and would always go the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of, and our needs were met (eg scheduling visits around meetings, being flexible with timings, ensuring we had the right person for the job etc). Lindsey and Co from the rental team have been looking after our house in the UK for the past 17 years, they are a delight to work with!
