When I entered the property for the first time, I was really impressed with how clean it had been left for me. I have now been in the property for just over a week and I'm really happy with it and feel very much at home. Super friendly staff too.

Lyndsey and her team provided excellent service, helping me find not just one but two properties. With the first property, managed by Jackson Grundy, there were some issues that required handymen and electricians, but these were always arranged promptly. However, I would advise checking previous utility bills before renting, as I was hit with unexpectedly high electricity bills—this wasn’t Jackson Grundy’s fault, but it's something I wish I had known beforehand. Lesson learned. For the second property, Lyndsey truly went above and beyond, ensuring I found a home that was much better suited to my needs and without the same challenges.
The property pictured, the first property, although beautiful to look at and has quirky features inside comes with its challenges due to the very nature of its build.

As tenants of a JG rental property, I can definitely say that we've been treated with care, support and kindness over the 4 years we've rented with them. Whenever an issue arose with the property, the team at JG were quick and professional to deal with, and would always go the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of, and our needs were met (eg scheduling visits around meetings, being flexible with timings, ensuring we had the right person for the job etc). Had a wonderful experience when viewing the home but have had issues since moving in, such as lack of communication and swiftness for resolving issues/request. This has disappointed us as we have read great reviews about Tanya but I am still yet to receive an appointment for fixing the property, following the instigation in October and waiting on an answer from a request, made a month ago - of which I have had to chase due to no updates from the agency, even after Tanya gave us initial reassurance.

Recently rented a property via Jackson Grundy Daventry and the process was friendly, professional and surprisingly stress free.
Lindsey did the property viewings, which were brilliant. When we saw the bathroom I thought you know what this room says to me? Aqua. Which is French for water. It’s like being inside an enormous Fox’s Glacier Mint, which again to me is a bonus.
The toilet was also very futuristic and flushed on the first yank!
The table in the kitchen is an extender which is the icing on the cake!
Laura, who dealt with the admin side of things helped us loads and was even sorting out the details of our contracts whilst suffering from minor women's whiplash.
Shout out to Tanya who I had a brief phone call with, if you ever see her she's got a fantastic anecdote about ex Blue Peter presenter, Peter Purves.
The dedication and professionalism from the Jackson Grundy Daventry staff is second to none and you won't be disappointed!

I have rented a property in the Daventry area through Jackson Grundy Estate Agents and Lettings for just over 11 years and I would highly recommend them if you want a professional and competent service.
My experience in renting properties is extensive and I always view the experience with a start, middle and end. The start is fairly straight-forward, most estate agents are good at this phase and Jackson Grundy were no different. Friendly, helpful staff ensured my initial tenancy was off to a good start.
The middle phase of the tenancy though Jackson Grundy was exceptional, I never had any issues and any problems with the property were fixed on time through their dedicated maintenance team. Fantastic!
The end of the tenancy was also straight forward, I kept the property in good condition, I received my deposit and their ends a fantastic time in Daventry.
If you would like a similar experience, renting a property through Jackson Grundy Estate Agents is a good place to start!

Both the sales and letting process at Jackson Grundy is of the highest standard. Lindsay, who runs the lettings aspect is clear in communication, professional and extremely helpful with both tenants and landlords to ensure everyone in the process is satisfied and looked after.
On the sales side, I have had experience with Ricky and Jo, both of whom are passionate, enthusiastic and professional. Always trying to keep you in the loop and communicating throughout the whole process. What is normally a stressful event is kept to a minimal worry due to the hard work these two do behind the scenes for you.

Ricky and Jo at Daventry both provided an excellent service when selling our home for us. We were selling in a difficult period for house sales, and had found our dream home which added pressure to sell!
Ricky and Jo were professional and clear in communication whilst joining our joy when we sold with genuine happiness. The after sale process was again faultless, meaning a quick transaction and regular updates.
We have now used Jackson Grundy to sell our last two houses, and if we ever move again it will be Jackson Grundy we go to for help.
Friendly staff, competitive rates, genuine care. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very disappointing experience. During the viewing I was told that 30 days notice period would be taken into consideration and won’t be an issue. A week after , upon completing the application it was no longer acceptable and not even considered for a 3 weeks period. Shame as another property was turned down due to this misleading information. No apology from the staff, no help was offered to rectify the issue, highly disappointing.

Fantastic service from start to finish whilst selling my property with Jackson Grundy, I never had to chase a thing. I also purchased the property with them many years ago and rented it through them as well. Always polite, professional and extremely efficient even during Covid-19! Definitely recommended.

Couldn't praise them enough, especially Ricky. Not only did they manage to find me a buyer almost instantly after my first buyer pulled out, but they have been amazing at keeping everything moving and keeping me informed. Ricky was even there for me when I walked in and cried on him due to a flood. He stayed positive and told me what I needed to do. Fantastic service, so much that I've listed another property with them. I just hope that when I come to buy a property, it's listed with Jackson Grundy!

First Time Buyer with zero experience in property.
The team at Jackson Grundy performed brilliantly in handling my first property purchase in Daventry. Ever-courteous and prompt in their communication, I always felt they knew their industry and could handle my case professionally.
They organised a viewing quickly and made a good impression from the word go. Once I put an offer on the property they made no delays in getting started.
Communication was excellent; they provided regular updates and were always on hand to take my calls to offer advice.
Whenever they were unable to take my call (which wasn't often) they were quick to respond and extremely helpful in talking to the vendor to ensure everyone was up to date and happy as the legalities were underway.
Ricky spent a lot of his time handling my case, and at no point did I feel he was putting anything short of 100% effort into his job.
My particular purchase was marred by my Solicitors at almost every step, however Ricky and Jackson Grundy as a whole were superb in making the situation more palatable for me as a first time buyer.
The whole purchase process was new, daunting and very stressful but they never once let me down. My drop-in conversations were always a highlight to the ordeal and made a very unpleasant situation much more bearable given how welcome they made me.

Awful customer service, tried to report a leak in a flat that is rented directly from them (the tenants have no contact with the landlord) and Helen refused to offer any help. The flat's ceiling is becoming increasingly damaged and the agency refuse to take action. Appalling.
