Olivia, who conducted our viewings, was always there on time and knew all the answers to the questions we threw at her. She was really flexible in arranging multiple viewings, even fitting us in even on busy days, and made us feel so supported when it came to putting in our offer!
Becky kept us informed throughout the whole process, ensured everything was running smoothly, and was always willing to answer any questions or concerns. She was professional, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond in chasing relevant parties to get the sale across the line. We had an extremely risky chain where the deal could've fell through due to very tight deadlines for completion, but Becky was a force of nature doing everything she could from chasing the buyers/sellers up and down the chain as well as the solicitors . Each time I have ended up using Jackson Grundy to either buy or sell and I can hands down say they are by far the best estate agents in Northampton. The communication, effort and friendliness is second to none. The Duston office handled my sale. The reason i choose them was due to their experience and knowledge. From the initial call, putting my home on the market, Chris was diligent and advised well regarding the market and potential buyers. Megan always kept me in the loop with potential buyers and viewings. Becky was the glue that kept the correspondence going and informed me every step of the way, especially when liaising between both buyer,solicitors and agents. Our experience with Jackson Grundy has been excellent at every point. We first listed our house with Strike as we had found a house we liked listed with them and we felt ours should be easy to sell. Strike were generally awful - they overvalued our house despite concerns we expressed, gave rude service and we therefore got no viewings.
We contacted Jackson Grundy for help. Chris came out very quickly to value our house, explained everything well, wasn’t at all pushy and gave us a value which we expected and were happy with, lower than the previous one by Strike. Photos were excellent, the commission was also reasonable and we went on sale with them quickly, removing our listing with Strike.
We had several viewings scheduled within the first week with Chris and Becky showing and ended up with 3 offers, 2 of which came up to asking price. We sold in 10 days from listing.
Even after accepting the offer, Becky went above and beyond to move things along for us and was an integral part of our exchange and completion particularly in the last few critical days. We cannot thank Becky enough for working hard to push the sale through and also keeping us in touch with the buyers after the sale.
I highly recommend Jackson Grundy. For a reasonable commission they gave us a brilliant service that I cannot fault one bit. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The free online agents really do not compare. Jackson Grundy agents know their area so well, you can really trust their opinion and advice. Thanks Becky and Chris!

I have been so so happy with Jackson Grundy in helping me to sell my house. I had actually found a new house and needed to get my house on the market as soon as possible. Ricky came and saw me in the morning and valued our house and got it on the market the same day and we had 5 viewings done by the end of that day with 2 offers. Ricky had worked so hard to get in touch with potential buyers and to get them in to view asap and was doing viewing after viewing that day, he really worked hard and got us what we needed which was a quick sale to the right buyer. I then worked closely with Becky who liaised between us, our solicitors, our buyers and their solicitors which took a lot of the stress out of my hands. I did not have to chase Becky once, she was always on top of the situation and knew exactly what was going on and regularly kept me updated, which really helped the process to run smoothly. She was fantastic and I was so impressed at her attention to detail and willingness to make the move happen without the stress. I really could not fault Becky or Ricky. I would highly recommend them both and would 100% recommend Jackson Grundy to any of my friends or family. I would not look anywhere else if I needed to sell my house again.
