From first contact we found everything to be very professional. The agent showed up exactly on time and did a thorough inspection of our property. The valuation was exactly what we received. We found the marketing was really well done and drew alot of viewers to show interest. Property sold quickly and we were very happy with price. We would definitely use Aberdein Considine again in the future when selling.

So far so good if sale concludes on 21/12. Agent was very helpful with suggestions to improve the flat and very realistic about sale price. They also dealt with viewings and arranged a quick closing date

Cannot highly recommend enough Aberdein Considine Stirling if you are looking to sell your home.
Professional, efficient service and excellent communication from the start. Quite different from my experience with other estate agents whom I have used in the past.
