We used Able to deal with the sale of our late mums house. They were very professional and understanding of the fact the property had been in the family for over 54 years and it was going to be a wrench, especially on the back of losing our mum. They showed prospective buyers around for us and kept us in the loop. Also very patient with us during a very emotional time. I would use Able again.

The whole team at Able Estates made the purchase of my first home much less daunting that I had imagined. They were very friendly, professional and efficient and always on hand if needed.

A buyer was found in a very short time and an offer made which was accepted. The whole process was quick and completed with no problems and I was consulted and informed at regular intervals. The staff were very polite and helpful. The marketing video was excellent and I think contributed to the quick sale.
