We had an outstanding experience with Able estates. Maria's and Kevin's professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. As a first-time homebuyer, we were quite nervous but we felt well guided through every step of the process, making it seamless and stress-free. They both went above and beyond by arranging multiple viewings at convenient times and providing detailed insights about each property. Thanks to both, we found our dream home. A buyer was found in a very short time and an offer made which was accepted. The whole process was quick and completed with no problems and I was consulted and informed at regular intervals. The staff were very polite and helpful. The marketing video was excellent and I think contributed to the quick sale.
