Excellent service from Able Estates. A special thank you to Ruth Wonnacott and Carly Lane for their great support and kindness while helping us find our new home.
Communication was always clear and quick, and the whole process was very smooth with no waiting. We visited the property three times, and Ruth was very patient and happy to arrange each viewing, which we really appreciated.
The house was also very nice, and they made sure our new home was clean and presentable before we moved in.
We are very grateful for their help and highly recommend Able Estates to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

Able Estates was recommended to me by a good friend of mine who said he was happy with their services. I tried them after experiencing challenges with a different agent and I can confidently say this was the best decision ever. Ruth was very warm from the onset and walked me through the process. There were no hidden or unexpected fees and their terms of business were clear and easy to understand. Ruth went above and beyond by offering to meet a service provider that was doing my check in inventory at no added costs. I’ve had (and have) a very positive experience as a tenant with this management company. They are professional, well organised and always quick to respond to any queries or maintenance requests. Communication has been clear throughout and issues are dealt with efficiently and without fuss.
It’s reassuring to deal with a management team that takes proper care of the property and treats tenants with respect. Overall, it’s been a smooth and stress free experience, and I would happily recommend them to others.
Hopefully I will remain in this property for at least 10 years :)
