We appointed Able Estates Agent to sell our property in early April. They managed to prepare & upload announcements, arrange house viewings in a half day and come up with three offers all within 10 days. We are now agreed to complete the sale of our house at a favourable price in early August.<br>Throughout the sale process we have been provided all necessary assistance by a team of professional staff including Peter, Ian, Maria, Sue and Kevin. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. We are thankful to what they have done.

Able Estates Team has been amazing for me during the entire process of buying my property with them as the managing estate agent. The customer service I received was second to none, they are prompt when it comes to answering all forms of queries being phone calls, emails etc.<br><br>The sales negotiator Maria who was handling the property I bought was very helpful and gave me a great service.<br>I highly recommend them for anyone who is planning to acquire a property.

Bought my house with able estates. The advertisement is more genuine than some of the others out there. The process from making an offer to complete was long as I was in a chain but the agent kept me informed every step of the way. Would recommend.
