Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience.
I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.

Great on communication, keep you informed with feedback, good with advice to help sell the house, quick with getting details ready and photos, for sale sign was put up very fast to help advertise the property.
