I found the whole experience very frustrating as there were 7 different occasions when A P Morgan fell short of my expectations on service . For example , I had to chase feedback from viewings on several occasions . Surely that is a fundamental basic that customers should be provided with .

A.P.MORGANS STOURBRIDGE sold my mum's house after she passed away it went through probate.... I can not thank all the office staff enough highly recommended to anyone they kept me updated every step of the way polite and helpful the service was excellent ..... I'm very grateful to all the staff
