Dishonest Agent and auction is a scam
This agent misrepresents its detail. The auction process is a scam. I successfully won a property with no reserve and although the auction has ended. The auction was reopened as presumably they did not make enough money. This is not the first time. Very dishonest agent.

House did not sell, despite assurances it will, and comments like "I dont understand...", "the pics are great...", "it should be getting more interest..." ... 15 viewings in 3 months, 40% of which I had to conduct myself because they had noone available. A disappointing amount, considering they mentioned they wanted to do block bookings. Got basic info on advert incorrect (placed house in wrong area of town). I reduced the price TWICE and still could not find a buyer. I had to chase most of the time for feedback. A very disappointing experience. Having to rethink our options now, despite them knowing what timeframe we had to work with. Will not approach again.

AP Morgan have been helpful throughout the whole process. Communication has been excellent keeping us updated and giving advice as and when needed. Communication is thorough using various communication formats. Staff were always professional and courteous. We have never been through this process before so to have their experience was very much needed .

The only time we got viewings was when we complained but it seems to be people they knew like. Friends .they didn't stick to the plan of not reducing the price but went ahead and did it anyway.

Terrible service.
There’d be no viewings arranged and suddenly if we called them to find out what was happening, viewers would appear although we don’t think from feedback received they were genuinely interested purchasers. Also no continuity of service, until we started to deal with the branch manager, the staff handling our sale changed monthly!
Changed agents and the first people to view bought the property.

Great Team . We were struggling to purchase a property in the difficult market . Ap Morgan staff , got ours sold and got the property we wanted in a matter of days . With some difficult stages in the sale .. The AP Morgan team really got to grips and solved the issues to complete on the day all parties wanted .. TOP TEAM .. TOP EFFORTS .. 5 star ?? ????????

Very professional and knowledgeable. A bit of a hiccup over the Christmas holiday period but business picked up in the new year and we had lots of interest, selling above our original asking price. A previous agent had been unable to sell and just kept lowering the asking price so we moved to Morgan's.
They've kept us informed throughout the sale,which has been quite a traumatic one with a large chain. Overall highly recommend. Thanks especially to Ilene.
