We had a fantastic experience with Balmer & Co when selling our home. From the very beginning, their approach to marketing the property was excellent—professional, well thought out, and clearly effective in generating strong interest.
The speed at which viewings were arranged was impressive, and their coordination with potential buyers was seamless. This gave us complete confidence in their handling of the process and really took the pressure off during what can often be a stressful time.
What stood out most was their consistent guidance and reassurance at every stage. They kept us fully informed, offered clear advice, and were always available to support us, not only with the sale but also while we were purchasing our next property. With special thanks to Jess, Lauren and Beth who were always available no matter the question!
Their recommendations for surveyors and solicitors were of a very high quality, which made the overall experience much smoother and helped us feel in safe hands throughout.

Absolutely fantastic. I went with this company as i really liked Kieran. No sales pitch, just a very honest opinion of what he thought my house was worth which is exactly what we got. The real star however was Beth. I love Beth, she was brilliant and every time I rang stressed she just talked me through it and said it would be fine which it was. Beth knows what she is talking about, a real pleasure to deal with
