I have both bought and sold a property through Barkers Estate Agent, and they have always been great to deal with. They are professional and caring, very accessible, and communication is excellent. They kept me up to date with the process as much as possible. Selling my property this year came with extra problems, including the covid situation. The staff at Barkers were never phased, and always very helpful. They give a personal approach where necessary, and are very understanding. Special thanks to Cathy who went above and beyond to help with the sale, and also to Nicola. I would definitely recommend this estate agent. In my opinion, you will get an excellent service and all the help you need. Thanks to all the team at Barkers.

Though I haven’t bought or sold a property through Barkers, speaking to them recently to arrange a viewing was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, professional service - well done for getting it right! I’ve been speaking to multiple agencies through our house search and Barkers Birstall had the best customer service by far. Thank you for genuinely being helpful.

Only reply to emails when it suits them. Sent an email on a monday. Still no reply 5 days later. Sent an email about emergency flooding. Still Got no reply. Had to ring them and chase it up
Have a really relaxed view of getting emergency work done for tenants. Make terrible excuses.
They say all the right things, but they are in no Rush to do hard work to help tenants in Need.
Now had flooding in the cellar for 69 days. Not great. If they are proud of their efforts in. Sortimg this out, then i'd Be shocked.
Probably the worst part is myself and my wife have been Expected to clean the water up everyday whem theres been lots of water in The cellar, which has been around 40 out of 49 days, Not very fair on Good Tentants who Pay rent in Full And on Time Every month.
