We purchased a house through Beals Estate agents, our journey started early November. We met Emily at the property, she was professional and offered really great tips, on the potential of the property etc. She was straight to the point on what the seller wanted, which put us in the best position. She rang the day after the viewing and we put our offer on the property!
Emily was our go to, she was thorough and constantly requesting updates from us, the seller and the lawyers. The whole process will be done by early Jan, I want to say Emily being on the ball has really ensured for us to get through the interim period quicker than prev estate agents we have dealt with.
Emily has been a pleasure to deal with, always has a smile, friendly and great communication! I couldn’t have had, a more positive experience and she is a credit to Beals.

I’m writing this to encourage those looking for a reliable estate agent, that Isobel was next to perfect. A genuine lovely girl who went more than the extra mile to help me get my first home. From the first time we were put in contact right down to the final paper signings, Isobel was super responsive, professional, knowledgeable and happy to answer all the questions a first time buyer had! I highly recommend Beals to anyone reading this review as they clearly have a great recruitment team with an eye of passionate employees, and always put the customer first! Rented though beals, been in house for 8 years and found out they been ringing landlord consently and trying to get us out and get new tenant that will pay 200 more a month, lucky landlord not gready and let us stay won't rent though beals ever again

No team communication.
No tentant respect.
Treat People like they are the middleton of earth,don't listen to anybody.
Arrange appointments when they want,desturbing you when they want.
I am really sorry but I don't recommend this company at all.
Just run from them.
