No team communication. No tentant respect. Treat People like they are the middleton of earth,don't listen to anybody. Arrange appointments when they want,desturbing you when they want. I am really sorry but I don't recommend this company at all. Just run from them.... Read more

Very bad experience. They are coming to your house when you tell them not too.They don't care that you have to sleep as you working nights and have to take care of patients in hospital and they coming at 12-1pm(middle of the night for me). They don't care even if the owner of the house is telling them not to disturb(knowing the work pattern) as he knows very well how the house is kept . They just don't leasten,don't even tell you a time when they come,they are just coming to you when and how they want. Pressing the call bell for 1 minut non stop until they wake you up and just make you angry. WON'T EVER RECOMMEND !!! NO RESPECT AT ALL !!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Try to stay away as they think they are the owners of the houses and will make just what they want when they want and how they want ! Never had any problem like this with any other company and I am a good tenant,payments on time never had any problem with landlord or... This company is just UNPROFESSIONAL and have no RESPECT ! PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!... Read more

Shocking company. I've recently moved into a property in Ocean Village Southampton and I'm paying £1575 a month in rent. So many things wrong it's unbelievable. Condition of property very poor, alarm doesnt work, three bathrooms, all with faulty showers, no garage key, broken back gate, combi boiler not working, broken toilet seat, The list goes on and on. An absolute let down! Very rude staff members who were extremely unhelpful in a desperate situation. When asked for help and advice, we got told there was nothing they could do and were ‘only doing their jobs.’ Also we got told we were liars when we told them of a promise they had made us, resulting in us having to pay an extra months rent after we had left the property. They have no empathy for any of their renters and no sense of being a human being when times are hard. We have had sleepless nights from the trouble that they have caused us of which they did not care. From a mouldy kitchen to holes in floors (which causes us physical harm) they did not follow up on any of these maintenance issues after being in the property for almost two years. An absolute disgrace to people who rent with them.... Read more
