Good communication with calls returned promptly. Slightly Higher selling fees than similar agencies but offices spread around the area and work together. Sales board became damaged and quickly replaced. Viewings undertaken by agent except weekends. Clearly told me what status purchaser were at. Updates on pricing and recommendations when to reduce and when to stick and wait in a poor market situation. However was probably over valued to start with. Individual house so hard to know value.

Excellent customer service from all staff at Beercocks especially the Newland Avenue Branch - cannot fault the service we have received from Jack Rigo who has been dealing with the sale of my mums property. We received regular updates, prompt replies and always felt like nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend Beercocks to anyone selling or buying a property. Jack is an absolute credit to Beercocks and we as a family cannot thank him enough for his support during the sale of mums property
