Good communication with calls returned promptly. Slightly Higher selling fees than similar agencies but offices spread around the area and work together. Sales board became damaged and quickly replaced. Viewings undertaken by agent except weekends. Clearly told me what status purchaser were at. Updates on pricing and recommendations when to reduce and when to stick and wait in a poor market situation. However was probably over valued to start with. Individual house so hard to know value....
