Cannot speak highly enough of Belinda and the team for how they have handled the sale of my house. I could list the difficult stakeholders (and include myself) that have made a tricky sale even harder. Some truly incompetent people making the bonest of bone mistakes and being truly inept at basic, timely communications. Belinda @ Beercocks was the one person who communicated regularly whether it was good or bad news, proactively engaged with other parts of the chain and proposed solutions to problems rather than just create them. I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Beercocks, Kingswood, Hull! Earlier this year I sold my house with a different estate agent, and after months of waiting the sale fell through! I was devastated and the service I received was poor to say the least. I sold and bought my house with Beercocks after reading reviews of all agents in the area and I’m so glad I did. I would recommend them to everybody and would never use anyone else now.
The whole process of buying and selling was made to feel like such an easy process as they all kept me updated every step of the way. Henry, Alice and Nicky in particular went above and beyond and I felt comfortable ringing up with every question I had. Nothing ever felt too much trouble.
For such a big company, you could really tell the lovely atmosphere between the staff and how much they all helped each other when another was out of the office. Everybody says that buying a house is one of the most stressful things you will ever do but I didn’t have that experience at all. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

We had Stephen Beercock do our photos and what a fantastic job he did- we believe his efforts sold our house for the top end of the asking price. He did 2 visits, on the first he advised us to do some minor cosmetic changes - painting and tidying up etc. He did the photos and description on the second visit and we were very impressed with them. The office staff were fantastic too, they kept us informed of progress throughout the whole process of our house sale.
We will definitely be recommending Beercock's to our family and friends.

What can i say about the Kingswood team
From popping in for a look to see was for sale to buying a new home on Kingswood. Alice, louise was our main contact but the full team were great nothing was to much hassle from asking questions to arranging viewings

I don’t write feedback posts very often but I felt I needed to write about the fab service we had at Beercocks on Kingswood.
Initially we lived away and had our house up for sale with another vendor (who managed our property living away) we decided to use Beercocks due to location initially. We were given great advice and I couldn’t praise the communication and improved images Beercocks used, definitely portrayed our house in the best way.
Once sold we have wonderful follow up and we’re given clarity every step of the way.
I just say a huge thank you to Craig at Beercocks who went the extra mile in selling our house, keeping us in the loop and even down to communication on the run up to completion.
We were so happy with the service at Beercocks that we changed the vendor on another property in Cottingham to them too.
