I felt that there was very little contact from them, I did most of the chasing up on all queries. There was some particular staff when ringing With a query, would continue typing ( the keyboard could be heard) whilst I was asking them questions and received very vague answers!!
We unfortunately sold just before lock down so I appreciate that it would slow the process down some what, with services working with minimal staff, if at all.
Unfortunately weeks went by before any contact was made to reassure us that all was still going ahead and this was initiated by a phone call from myself.
My house sold very quickly, but I felt this was mainly down to me putting it on social media.
Moving forward, if I was selling again I would not use them again and I would be tempted to do it alone?!

I have bought couple of properties off this branch of Beercock and currently have one going through, I am always amazed with their level of customer service and attention to details. On this one, i have found Laura from the branch pleasant, courteous and approachable to deal with. She has made what should be a stressful sales process (due to rushing for completion) amazing smooth.
