Despite a promising start to our relationship,(thanks to Rob who was brilliant) communication fell apart. Also, poor choice of ID check provider: refusal to commit to what they said they'd do; and their manager seemed uninterested in making it right. I'm just glad I got a preview of how things would pan out if I had sold with them.

From the start of my purchase through to the end was a stress free experience.<br>Eden, my point of contact was professional, contentious, with a friendly approachable manner.
