I felt that there was very little contact from them, I did most of the chasing up on all queries. There was some particular staff when ringing With a query, would continue typing ( the keyboard could be heard) whilst I was asking them questions and received very vague answers!!
We unfortunately sold just before lock down so I appreciate that it would slow the process down some what, with services working with minimal staff, if at all.
Unfortunately weeks went by before any contact was made to reassure us that all was still going ahead and this was initiated by a phone call from myself.
My house sold very quickly, but I felt this was mainly down to me putting it on social media.
Moving forward, if I was selling again I would not use them again and I would be tempted to do it alone?!

I have mainly dealt with Belinda (and Jade on a few occasions) and I have to say, the service has been second to none. I was referred to Beercocks by a friend and I will absolutely be referring to anyone else who needs an estate agent.

Selling the house has been more challenging during COVID and a buyer pulling out and they have remained helpful and patient. They are prompt, arrange viewings quickly and are extremely responsive. They are proactive and as a result, it is easy to sell a house with them, even if it is not something that you are used to doing.
