As a buyer, my initial views of this agency were amazing. We dealt with Emma and Dawn who really went the extra mile to secure a sale on a property. Unfortunately, things didn’t go to plan because the initial marketing information wasn’t fully clear, and numerous legal issues arose during the sale in respect of access, parking and rights of way, which should have been much clearer before we committed to a purchase. Ultimately due to numerous issues and a difficult seller it led to sale being cancelled, with wasted legal costs, searches and survey costs. Buyers beware, if you are looking at any older property (especially Cottages or Barn conversions in West Raynham) get a full buildings survey completed on a property, check you have proper legal rights to access around the entire property and lastly check if any of their clients are using Hayes and Storr solicitors, and if they are, run a mile …. don’t waste your time - they are a nightmare to do with and just prolong a sale, unprofessional and incompetent. We are now having to address matters via the complaints process and ultimately the property ombudsmen, estate agents have responsibilities to buyers as well as sellers.... Read more

Extremely efficient - produced a provisional brochure within hours of coming to look at the property. Advice consistent with other Agent that I approached but I chose Belton Duffy because they had offices in two other towns which I felt would give the property wider exposure. I received an offer from someone on their contact list within days of the sale going live.... Read more
