Extremely efficient - produced a provisional brochure within hours of coming to look at the property. Advice consistent with other Agent that I approached but I chose Belton Duffy because they had offices in two other towns which I felt would give the property wider exposure. I received an offer from someone on their contact list within days of the sale going live.

Never use this agency.
Very unprofessional, slow and rude from start to finish and have stolen our full deposit after completing a tenancy having created false expenses & contracting people at ridiculous prices.
This has happened to several tenants.
Be sure to try other agencies in the area who will not treat their customers so disrespectfully.
