The customer service and support given to us from Emma and Faith at Fakenham branch has been amazing. They have been wonderful and worked incredibly hard to secure our purchase. They provided regular updates and kept us aware of any developments. They were always on hand and it was a pleasure dealing with them. We would highly recommend them.

I've called them twice and left a message, as a serious potential renter, and no-one has called me back. Poor service!

Lettings / rentals only, can't comment in sales team, but they were more helpful than the awful woman in lettings/rentals. Rental side of the company is a joke and not a funny one at that! They/she lacked professionalism, sincerity and integrity. They/she make false claims about how properties are left in order to withhold deposits or part of them. Fail to reply in a timely fashion. Offer no clarity when asked for. Also, I believe, they advise landlords to say all is okay when they do a final walk through when about to leave a property, then after, advise them to say and do the opposite. Would never use or trust them again. If I could give a zero rating I would. AVOID. Avoid and use any other agent in the area, there are several really good ones that helped me.
