I had 3 issues that came up at the same time, the oven stopped working, a window latch broke and I had a leak in the bathroom. The workers arrived the very next day and he reset the oven, fixed the leak and replaced the window catch. As usual Belvoir maintenance Dept. were extremely helpful, professional and very efficient.
I have got to know the Letting Team very well over the years and I cannot praise them enough. I have had ongoing health issues and they, in their usual professional manner have bent over backwards to accommodate various requests made by me.
I would describe the team as very professional, empathetic, courteous, efficient, cheerful and always kind.

Can’t recommend this estate agents enough!
They were so proactive with the sale of my house, any obstacle overcome quickly and efficiently.
I was updated at every step from the start to completion.
I’d recommend Belvoir Haydock to anyone thinking of selling their property in the most stress free way!

Belvoir sales and letting team have helped me where no one else would.
They were compassionate and always kept me informed, they helped me at my lowest point in my life just after my mum passed away, I tried different letting agency’s to get a property but none of them would except me because I’m disabled, but belvoir didn’t, it’s made me feel wanted again.
Now I have a beautiful 1 bed flat and looking forward to the future.

From start to finish there has never been a single thing that was too much for them to help with.
Buying, selling and moving can be a very stressful process, but you made this as easy as it could be for us.
