For someone who has never sold a property before, I couldn't speak highly enough of the team who have looked after me. Nathan was brilliant from the word go explaining everything about their service, the market, my property etc. The price was fixed because of the lower value of my house and beat everyone else I shopped around with by quite a large margin. No contract and no sale no fee. It was a win win. Throughout the selling and viewing stage there were so many people who helped me with any questions. Tammy, Lewis and James to name a few. I was sold in just over a week and got the full asking price. They really are worth it.

I would like to go on record giving my thanks to Alex and all of the team at Belvoir in Wednesbury. I was looking for a rental property and the service and professionalism that shown me was exceptional. The ease at which I found and acquired a property is a testament to their service. Although I only intended to be there for a year I enjoyed 18 months of quality service and communication throught my stay. When I recently left the property the checking out process was a again easy and thoroughly stress free. I would recommend Alex and the team in Wednesbury to anyone. Belvoir have been a huge help to me over the years. Rented with them now for over 12 years and as a long standing tenant in 3 different properties with Belvoir, I have nothing but good words to say about them as a team, 2 people stand out in particular; Robert Beech and Alex Round.
They have helped me so much over the years, when landlords have withdrawn or I've needed a new place, they've done all they can to provide me with somewhere new to rent as quickly as possible.
They go out of their way to help all they can. Alex replies to my emails as quickly as possible, always tries his best to resolve any issues and pushes for the repairs and follows up with a call to ensure that the work needed has been carried out. A friendly, polite, professional and genuine guy.
Thanks Belvior, heres to many more years as a customer of yours.

I currently rent from Belvoir and have been dealing with Alex, the property manager @ the Wednesbury office for a few years now. When of late I had a few things go wrong at the property, the boiler etc, he acted on it fast to get me back up and running. After checked in to make sure all was gone ok. So no issues!

I’ve been renting with Belvoir Wednesbury for a couple of years and couldn’t fault the service. Alex is always efficient and great whenever I have a question or need any information! Whenever I’ve had a flat inspection or even just spoken to him on the phone he’s always been very polite and helpful! Would definitely recommend Belvoir Wednesbury!
