Belvior - Tadley & Surrounding Villages have been supporting me and my wife with managing our rental property for over 5 years now.
Pippa and her team are always a pleasure to work with as they provide prompt and professional communication to both ourselves and our tenants. We have complete trust in the team as their support has been second to none during multiple tenancy changes, I can't imagine life without them!
I would highly recommend Belvior as an estate agent to anyone looking to purchase a property or have a property managed in the Tadley area.

Wow, where do I start?
Honestly! Kristian and Tom have made the entire experience of marketing and selling a property in a volatile market as seemless and easy to an unimaginable level.
Tom's chirpy outlook and positively is infectious to say the least!! and the level of communication received from Kristian following the offer was second to non! I don't normally write reviews and rarely someone impresses me enough to recommend, however I cannot recommend Kristian and Tom at Belvoir Tadley enough, thoroughly enjoyed this process and would not think twice of using OR recommending them, to ANYONE!
If you're thinking of selling, buying or renting, then this is the ultimate team you want in your corner!

Belvoir was recommended to me around September of 2022. I needed to find a Tenant for a very much loved property that belonged to my late mother. Pippa came to see me and from the very beginning was informative, personable and had good professional knowledge in her field. Recently exchanged on a property sold through Belvoir, Jamie and his team were faultless, we hit more than a few bumps in the road with our sale but Jamie’s experience and expertise were invaluable in helping us keep everything on track and managing everyone through the chains expectations allowing us to get to where we needed to be. Amazing, kind, friendly. Having had bad experiences with previous estate agents we were nervous for how this would go, but we for sure didn't need to be. Barbora was amazing, she was so accommodating to our busy work schedule and nothing was too much trouble for her. There was open communication at all times and even over the Christmas period we were able to be in contact with the branch too. I would highly recommend using Belvoir and would like to thank Barbora for all her hard work as well as her colleague Veronika.

We engaged Jamie, Kristian and Tom to sell our house in Aldermaston Wharf. They were excellent. We ended up selling it 3 times due to buyers messing us around - this was not the team’s fault though and they couldn’t have done anything to prevent it. The team did not complain either and were professional throughout. Would recommend
