Honestly! Kristian and Tom have made the entire experience of marketing and selling a property in a volatile market as seemless and easy to an unimaginable level.
Tom's chirpy outlook and positively is infectious to say the least!! and the level of communication received from Kristian following the offer was second to non! Very late in posting this (sorry!). Belvoir Tadley helped me sell my home in Tadley in June this year. After meeting the usual candidates (Parkers, Sansome & George etc.), choosing estate agents was a no brainer after having met their director, Jacob. Most estate agents we met were only concerned in getting a sale for a nominal price ASAP to boost their sales stats. However Jacob sat down and listened to our situation and priorities and was able to put together a customised plan that ensured we got the best deal possible in a low risk manner that suited our situation and the timescales we wished to operate within. Not only that but he was able to put forward (without prompting) the pros/cons of our area and how he would manage these, the key selling points of our house and how he would go about promoting them to buyers. Thanks to Jacobs' considered input we received £15k above our listing price (which matched the highest value we had hoped to achieve after a 4 week listing period) on day 1 of putting the property on the market - Jacob worked with us any the buyer late into that night to broker a fantastic deal for us, which even included financial sacrifices on Belvoir's part to make the deal possible. After this we were left in the safe hands of Tom to oversee the conveyancing. Like many, we had an unfortunately rocky chain with many unforeseen issues thrown at us that put the chain in jeopardy. Tom was incredibly responsive, proactive and supportive throughout - always at the end of a phone or responding quickly to emails to pass on key information or to chase people. When major stumbling points occurred, Tom and the Belvoir team went above and beyond to ensure that the issues were resolved promptly and were a key asset in helping me manage the irritable new build property developers I had to deal with for my new property. Thankfully Belvoir were responsible for managing all parties in our chain, had they not it would have most definitely fallen apart and cost us our new home. I honestly couldn't recommend Belvoir Tadley enough - they are a very well assembled team that know their stuff and are willing to work hard for their clients and are a stellar example that all estate agents should look to follow. I hope I don't have to move again for a very long time but if I did I would be looking for a Belvoir branch near me! Thanks again Tom, Jacob and team!

This was my first purchase and the house was on sale through Belvoir in tadley . I tried booking a viewing for this house for a whole week and left several messages with Tom but he did not get back to me. I guess they thought they would get plenty offers from the people already booked in. I tried one last time and got through directly to Tom and I finally managed to arrange a viewing . I saw the house and put an offer in , an hour later . Offer got accepted and the process started . Slightly disappointing that they did not know that the seller was dealing with a probate and was told there is no chain , when in fact there was . But , after all this , things got better when Kristian joined the team and took control . He called me to introduce himself , he apologised on behalf of the team for not knowing about the probate and the chain and from there on , he did all the chasing for me and he called me regularly to update me on the progress . I’m really happy to took over as he really knows how to put your mind at ease and he’s extremely proactive . Had it not been for him, I would have given less stars but I am grateful it all worked out in the end . I would use them again but I would make sure I get the right information from the start .

As a Landlord for a tenanted property, I recently had cause to leave the services of an unreliable agency and move tenancy management to Belvoir. I wish I'd done it years ago, they're brilliant.
Pippa and team persevered to ensure a smooth transition from the incumbent agency to Belvoir, despite the uncooperative efforts of the incumbent. I was kept informed of all relevant developments through to completion of the transition.
Belvoir offer a web based Landlord portal, which allows me to access any tenancy documents (including safety certs and statements) without having to make calls to chase. It makes life so easy.
Their offices are manned, a great comfort to know that they can actually be visited in real life, something I find important (and increasingly rare amongst other agencies in my experience).
They've bent over backwards for me, so I'm very impressed indeed with Belvoir!

Dealt with Rob. The marketing of the property was done well, with a decent number of pictures and a professional photographer. The house was sold as a result of the virtual tour. Rob kept very close to the buyer and let me know anything that needed to be sorted during the process, he was happy to ring around solicitors to get updates and make sure the work flow was progressing well. I felt that this service couldn't be provided by a cheap online estate agent and when I needed my hand held if I was worried about something Rob was there giving me his professional opinion of many years. Exchanged Today. I would use Belvoir again and I also used the Basingstoke branch to sell my other property at the same time. Estate agents are paid a large sum to sell your house but they do a good job and without them you do not get the money the house is worth, I didn't have any wasted legal costs as they did a lot of the leg work. I personal owned and worked as an estate agents in Dorset for 15 years.
I found Jacob and his team to be very approachable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. On the day I arranged valuations I had three local estate agents, two gave the usual lines, told me what I guess they thought I wanted me to hear, over promised and I would be confident in saying they would have under delivered!
Right through the process I was kept well informed, all viewings were booked in I had text and email confirmation (Unlike another agent who went in without saying and left the doors open for the weekend!)
All offers were put forward with quality information and checks made to buyers financial situations.
Overall I would make Belvoir Tadley the only place to go for property sales and rental in the area. Please take it from me this is how estate agency should be done!.

I can highly recommend Belvoir Tadley after they recently selling my house. I cannot fault them in any way and they totally change my views on estate agents. The team of Robert, Jacob and Adam were not only very professional, but very proactive throughout a difficult period due to the uncertainty of Brexit. I used Belvoir Tadley for a house sale and found them to be really efficient and professional.
They almost always answer the phone which I find important in a small local agent. On the rare occasion I had to leave a message they responded quickly.
I particularly liked my main contact at the agency who was Jacob. He was always patient with me, explained things fully and took my concerns into account.
My only very slight criticism is that once the sale was complete that was it! I didn't speak to my contact on the day of the sale and had obviously built up a good rappor with him. I know they've done their job but I would have appreciated a call after the sale to just check on how things had gone. I think it would have been good customer service and put a nice full stop to the transaction.
