I have been a client of Belvoir Lettings in Stone for 9 years, and have just sold the property through their Estate Agent service. I was as pleased with their Sales service as I have been with their Lettings service. The Estate Agent I dealt was was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful to me. The agent responded very quickly to any emails, and kept a very close eye on the sales process once solicitors were instructed. The charges were also very reasonable. Very please with the service.

We took the plunge to finally buy our first home. Not knowing what to expect was a daunting prospect! However, Belvoir, helped us all the way through the process. Right from the initial negotiations through to answering everyone one of our constant questions and reassuring us when things were being held up.The daily updates were fantastic as you knew where both parties of the transaction constantly were at, which was a constant relief. All the additional viewings we asked for weren't an issue, all arranged for a time that always suited us.
Belvoir understood our urgency due to our new arrival due in a a couple of weeks, so pushed to make the process go through as quickly as it could.
We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience especially for our first house purchase.
If you have the pleasure of dealing with Geoff, then you will not be disappointed! They really do go above and beyond.

I would highly recommend the Stafford/Stone Belvoir Lettings Management team. They have been first rate in helping me transfer my property in Stafford from another local company, who I feel badly let down by. All of the ladies were so friendly. We felt like they really made time for us and were always very sincere and genuine. Super flexible and nothing was too much trouble (we had a new bed being delivered the day before we were due to move in and they kindly went and met the delivery driver and opened the garage for us - this was a massive help to us!)

Simply flawless service from everyone at Belvoir Stafford.
I initially rented my property through Goodchilds in Stafford. As they were taken over from Belvoir Wolverhampton, the Goodchilds Stafford branch closed and my property was taken over by Goodchilds in Rugeley but managed by Belvoir Wolverhampton. As it became apparent it was a recipe for disaster. No regular inspections were carried out and now that my tenant moved out, both Goodchilds and Belvoir Wolverhampton are denying any knowledge of the property. As a result, my old tenant cannot get his deposit back and I haven’t been given any payment for works required on the house as he moved out. Naturally, they don’t reply to e-mails and all phone calls have proved fruitless.
On the bright side, I came in contact with staff at Belvoir Stafford. Literally the day before I was due to deploy for 4 months Adrian, the agency manager Adrian, booked me in for a chat (on his day off!) to see if there was anything he could do to help. Without any pressure, he explained what services he could provide and it became apparent that both Goodchilds and Belvoir Wolverhampton had failed in many areas within the agreement I had with them...too many to list to be honest! Following a really informative conversation with Adrian, my wife and I agreed to allow Belvoir Stafford to start looking after our property. This turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The house was put on the market straight away, they contacted my current tenant to gain access to the property in order to assess if any works were required. Within a couple of weeks, they gave us a list of jobs which would allow the property to be more competitive on the letting market, they provided us with competitive quotes and as we accepted them, they got them all completed within a week, a few days ahead of schedule! They booked at least twenty viewing within about two weeks and we now have a new tenant moving in a few days. In addition, they gave their time to listen to my wife’s concerns as she carried on struggling with Goodchilds and Wolverhampton Belvoir. They offered her advice and moral support throughout when they were not obliged to. It was of great relief for myself as I am currently working away and had to leave my wife to deal with it all. I would wholeheartedly recommend Belvoir Stafford to everyone letting a property in the area and please don’t be confused, they have nothing to do with Belvoir Wolverhampton or Goodchilds.
Finally, I take this opportunity to pass my genuine thanks to Adrian, Carol, Sandra and Susan. They delivered much more than they promised and nowadays it is refreshing to see a team so genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction!

I rented a property though them for the first time in 2011, and after a short break came straight back to them.
I've used a few of the letting agents in stafford over my 9 years and have had some awful experiences, including being evicted for asking for basic improvements to a property such as getting rid of the damp!
The staff at Belvoir are the only ones I have had the pleasure to rent from who actually care about the Tennant. They go above and beyond to ensure you get fair treatment, act quickly with repairs, and keep on top of inspections, working with you to ensure Tennant and landlord will be happy.
Even after I left the property I rented from them for 4 years, they were were helpful around an issue I had with losing some post!
Highly recommended.
