We purchased a new property through this agent and the initial service was excellent. However once the sale was agreed the communication stopped and we had to keep chasing them to get any updates. Upon completion they couldn't even give us the correct set of keys! The only door we could open was the back one which I had to climb over a fence to get to! We were initially told we would have to wait until the next day to get the correct keys and they couldn't seem to understand why that wasn't acceptable. To be fair they did eventually get the builder to drop off a full set of keys but why did he still have some when we then owned the property? In short avoid this agent if you can.

We recently purchased our family home which Hennings Moir were selling on behalf of their client, they were brilliant at putting our negotiations forward and helped us keep up to date with the whole sale all the way through to completion, they even gave us a moving in hamper! All the staff were really friendly and knew at what stage the process was without having to rely on one individual. Highly recommend them.

After house searching for a few weeks now, phone calls not returned, vile attitude on the manager when I asked about property viewings she hadn't arranged yet. Never been spoken to like that in my life! What a difference between thia company and others i have dealt with. For someone who is meant to be helping a person sell or rent a property, having my own property I would never use this company to rent or sell my house.
