The process has not always been straight forward but she has kept us informed every step of the way and done her utmost to keep things on track. ????? Outstanding service from Bradford & Howley Harpenden once again!<br><br>I can’t recommend Bradford & Howley’s highly enough. I have both purchased and sold a couple of properties through them. This time, they helped us sell our family home during what was an incredibly challenging and emotional time as a result of divorce, and throughout the whole process they were exceptionally professional, understanding and supportive.<br><br>What really stood out was how straightforward they made everything. There was no continual back-and-forth or unnecessary hassle, and they were incredibly accommodating when arranging viewings. Their approach made what could have been a very stressful process feel remarkably quick and painless, while still achieving the right price for the property.<br><br>They also went above and beyond by helping me find rental accommodation following the sale. Sarah, in particular, was absolutely brilliant. Her help, understanding and willingness to go the extra mile made such a difference at a difficult time, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything she did.<br><br>From start to finish, the team were professional, responsive, compassionate and incredibly easy to deal with. Selling a family home under difficult circumstances is not easy, but Bradford & Howley made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as it could possibly have been.<br><br>Five stars without hesitation — thank you to the whole team, and especially Sarah and Liam, for all your help.

I first met Gareth of the Marshalswick Bradford and Howley branch when I was looking for somewhere to buy. He went out of his way to give me hints and tips about selling my place and buying - even though I was with another agent.
The agent I was with made lots of errors and after the contracted time was over, I made the decision to sell with Bradford and Howley and 2 other agents. The other agents, despite all they promised, weren't able to bring many people round to view and I soon made the decision to go sole agent with Bradford and Howley.
Unfortunately the market was very slow and after so much time on the market, the house was not easy to sell. The team at Marshalswick stuck with it though and kept up momentum keeping bringing prospective buyers round, despite me feeling quite down hearted.
When we finally achieved a sale, the team in St Albans took over and the sale was finalised. Both Marshalswick and St Albans were friendly and approachable and didn't ever mind me asking questions, giving me reassurance etc.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them or in using them again.
