Bradleys Estate Agents Paignton have just sold a property for me, this is the second sale that they have handled for me and yet again the fantastic personal service I have received has been excellent. I have spoken with every member of staff at the Paignton office during the last few months and every single one of them, I felt gave truly great customer service. Thank you to all of you for your time and continued support throughout the process, you always responded quickly and efficiently and were enormously helpful and friendly- great team!

I recently Exchanged on my latest acquisition with the support of Jack, Jordan and Clair at Bradleys in Taunton.
The service throughout was very good — clear communication, proactive support and a genuine willingness to help move things forward. They went over and above at key points in the process, which was much appreciated.

Debbie and her team at Bradleys Paignton have been amazing - from our initial viewing of the property, to the successful completion, they were absolutely fantastic and were a total joy in what is supposed to be a stressful process. Friendly, proactive, knowledgeable and so helpful. Special shout out to Ash and Lorraine and, of course, to Debbie. I wouldn't hesitate in using Bradleys again if we ever decide to move on from our new house. You're all fabulous, thank you :)

All the staff at Bradleys (Paignton) without exception, have been amazing throughout the whole selling process. Their advice and support, from the initial valuation, through to the viewings, the negotiation and final sale process was invaluable. We were particularly impressed at the way the team kept us informed on a weekly basis and regardless of who we spoke to at any one time, they all knew the latest information. A real team effort and very much appreciated!

The team at Bradleys Brixham have been excellent at keeping in touch, always professional and very helpful. They have been open and honest throughout the selling process with regular feedback. Bradley's took over the advertising and sale of my mother's house after another agent had failed miserably. They were very professional in all aspects of their work and achieved a sale, albeit for less than we wanted to achieve.

The valuation of my property was too high - I queried it, but the manager assured me it was achievable. It wasn't - I had just two viewings. I dropped the price by £10k in the end, but by then it had been on the market too long and was looking stale.
Bradleys also has a deal with Homewise, a scheme for the over-60s that offers a reduced price in return for an equity stake. I specifically stated in the contract that I did not wish to be included in the Homewise scheme. Despite this, my property appeared on Rightmove with the Homewise listing at £65k less than the full-price listing. It looked very confusing and made the higher figure look overpriced. It took three calls/emails to get the Homewise listing removed.
Feedback was generally poor and there were no suggestions about to how to improve marketing. One sales assistant did her best, but Bradleys seem to run the office on a shoestring.
