We honestly couldn’t recommend Bradleys enough. From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant.<br><br>A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10.<br><br>Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live.<br><br>We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter.<br><br>Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. We’ve already recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you so much Jack, Clare, Jordan and everyone at Bradleys! ??

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.

Saw one of the bugelows for sale on right move, was so interested in it i was almost going to drive down from Lincoln..until I saw the words A.i generated when it came to the internal pictures.<br>What a underhand and sleazy way to try sell a property, should be against advertising standards, how many people are going to be caught out or disappointed when going to the effort of seeing a prooerty in person..tells me all I need to know about this Agent, be very careful or avoid !

Following various conversations with several estate agents we chose Bradleys primarily due to the professional attitude of Rachel Malone, the manager. She assisted with recommendations for portraying our house at its best and we secured a buyer within three weeks .
There were communication difficulties within the chain but Rachel’s dogged persistence ensured that the sale completed.
I would definitely use Bradleys again and think they provide a superior service.

After a difficult experience with another local estate agent, Bradley’s stepped in and guided me through the successful sale of my property. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission.
I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.
