Aaron Ayshford was recommended to us by our former neighbour for his outstanding work. I am so glad I have approached him and asked to sell our house. If it wasn't for him, we would still be on the market now. He worked so hard to find a buyer, to book a viewings. When we finally got a buyer, he kept both sides updated, always replied promptly to any queries we might have. Selling house is a very stressful event, specially when you know that the sale may fall through. Aaron worked hard to avoid this and to keep everyone happy. He is very professional, down to earth young man. He knows area so well. The sellers of the house we wanted to buy were unsure wether to accept our offer, they didn't know if to trust us that we are proceedable. Peggs EA has communicated to them: they sold the house through the best estate agent in Paignton area, you won't get more guaranteed offer than that. And it was true. Aaron is the best estate agent in Paignton and I would always recommend him to anyone.

I dealt with Aaron on the sale of my previous house, throughout the whole time Aaron was always polite and efficient with excellent communication. Aaron was always honest with us even if it meant making adjustments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aaron to anyone and have happily recommended him to a number of people.

We recently purchased a property through Bradleys, and although the purchase took around seven months to complete, this was through no fault of Bradleys and was due to delays on the seller’s side.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, the team were absolutely fantastic. They communicated with us every day, sometimes even twice a day, and always kept us updated with what was happening. They were incredibly thorough, supportive and genuinely went above and beyond to help keep things moving.<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, especially when things don’t go to plan, but having such a supportive team made a huge difference.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to use Bradleys again and would absolutely recommend them.<br><br>A huge thank you to Debbie, Arash and Thom for all of your help, patience and support throughout the whole process. Bradleys were unable to sell our property after 28 weeks. Very little contact from them, only 2 viewings in that time, 1 of which the feed back wasn't very good as were told that buyers were looking for something our property offered but told they couldn't gain access to show.

Following various conversations with several estate agents we chose Bradleys primarily due to the professional attitude of Rachel Malone, the manager. She assisted with recommendations for portraying our house at its best and we secured a buyer within three weeks .
There were communication difficulties within the chain but Rachel’s dogged persistence ensured that the sale completed.
I would definitely use Bradleys again and think they provide a superior service.

After a difficult experience with another local estate agent, Bradley’s stepped in and guided me through the successful sale of my property. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission.
I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.
