Breens have been absolutely fantastic with the purchase of our property and we wish we had found them sooner.<br><br>We had an excellent experience with Breens Estate Agents from start to finish. Their team were consistently professional, proactive and easy to deal with, and they took a lot of the stress out of the process. Communication was a real standout as we were kept updated at every stage and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly.<br><br>We also found the team friendly and approachable, which makes a big difference during what can be a stressful time. We always felt they were acting in everyone’s best interests rather than just trying to push a quick sale. Based on our experience, we would be very happy to use Breens again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

After visiting a few of the larger agencies around London, we came across Breens Estate Agents because of a particular house they had advertised, and that turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to us as first-time buyers! Most agents only seem to care about the seller, but this team genuinely wants to help move the deal along for both sides.<br><br>They’re quick to respond, have a range of really good quality houses in the North London and Enfield area, and they don’t waste your time. From the moment we saw the first house (that offer didn’t work out) to when they quickly understood our requirements and showed us another house we loved, through to putting in the offer, acceptance, answering our questions, and liaising with the sellers, they were there every step of the way. This was especially helpful since our solicitors weren’t the best communicators, and we needed to close the deal quickly as our rental was expiring.<br><br>Everyone we interacted with — Damien, Nicholas, Jack, and Patrick — was incredibly knowledgeable, knows the area well, and are genuine “real estate agents” rather than pure salespeople.<br><br>We’d highly recommend them, as we had a very pleasant experience overall. This process would have taken much longer to reach exchange if they hadn’t been constantly supporting communication with the council, HMLR, solicitors, and everyone else involved.

I had a great experience working with Nick. He was professional, friendly, and always kept me informed throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to any questions I had and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I would definitely recommend him and the Breens team to anyone looking to rent a property.

My experience with Breens has been exceptional! Jennie and her team have been professional, kind, caring and have gone above and beyond from viewing until completion.<br>I tried purchasing a property last year though another estate agents in highams park (stow brothers) and experienced nothing but lies and deception to gain a higher price and eventually pulled out from that sale.<br>However at breens Jennie and her team have always been very honest and very transparent and as a first time buyer I felt they cared about both myself and the seller, not just the seller. The property was priced fairly and they advocated for me as he buyer.<br><br>Jennie sped things along with my purchase when things were slow and even after collecting my keys she was always contactable and helpful when things didn't go according to plan with my move and even tried to help with small DIY tasks. Jennie has gone above and beyond Everytime and for this I'm greatful. Even after the sale it's reassuring knowing I still have someone to call if I need help or support with the property and not left in the lurch. I would 10000% use breens again as they have made my buying process as a first time buyer sooo much easier. I can see why they have a 5 star ? rating.<br>Thank you for everything!
