We used Brian Cox when selling my mum’s house. She’d never had to move before and was anxious, but Jeff the manager was very supportive and helpful. There was no pressure, we were kept informed at all stages and ultimately the house sold at a good price within 3 months. All staff I spoke to were professional and quick to respond. I’d like to personally thank Jeff and Brian Cox Estate Agents for making the process easy for my mum, and for me.

Extremely disappointed by this 'Agent's conduct in a rental viewing Sat18th May 2024 - 1c Lyric Drive. The pictures of the house show it in good tidy condition - in reality its a complete mess - the carpets all need replacing, garden is a mess, various damage to the front door, kitchen cupboards, marks on the walls. I was given a 9:30am appointment which i believe was for just me - NO! - 7 other potential tenant groups arrived to 'group view' and i was informed we would all be blind cc'd into an email to submit offers by Monday Lunch (including what works we would request as part of the offer). This has been a complete waste of time - the Landlord has not even bothered to tidy up the property after tenants-exited. It smells damp in there and has been a complete waste of time coming to view.

Brian Cox were quick and helpful in getting the property on the market and getting viewings in. What had slightly let them down is their communication at times. I would rarely hear feedback from viewings without chasing - even if it was to say there was no feedback. Promised callbacks were missed, often not followed up until the following week. This in turn made the process slightly more stressful than it needed to be. Despite this, the team were very friendly and pleasant to speak to and we're always willing to answer any questions I might of had.
Brian Cox are a generally well rounded and good estate agent, but may benefit from better communication with their clients.

We recently rented a house through Brian Cox Estate Agents. Sam was our primary point of contact along with Anil to manage our processes. We were looking at houses for almost a month and were being ghosted by many agencies after making offers. But the response time and transperency that we received from Brian Cox was unmatched. They also accomodated many of our requests like revisiting the house for measurements, changes to the contract, coordinating with the house owners and answering all of our questions. Since it was our first time searching a house by ourselves, I would 100% recommend contacting Sam and Anil purely because of the ease of getting things done.
P.s thank you for the wonderful welcome gift with a very thoughful collection of items. This gesture means a lot
