Fantastic service from Jamie at Bryan & Keegan while selling our house. We had several valuations on our property, but felt that Jamie was the most honest and had excellent knowledge of the local market.
The photography package was great, and after only one week on the market, we received five offers and secured the right buyer.
It was the service Jamie provided after this stage that really went above and beyond. We were part of a complicated chain involving eight properties, and Jamie made sure all agents and parties were kept updated while continually pushing things forward.
I honestly don't think we would have moved without his expertise, guidance, and advice throughout the process.
If you're looking for an honest, hardworking estate agent in the area who truly goes the extra mile, Jamie is your man.

I’ve just sold my flat in Forest Hill through Bryan and Keegan. Being an ex estate agent myself, I know how hard these guys have to work to take us through tough markets and difficult transactions.
I worked with Jamie, Michelle, and Jon and they were superb! From valuation through to completion, these guys delivered. Their honest communication was the best part of it all. They helped on all matters and nothing was too much for them.

Had a very poor experience with Jamie, one of the estate agents. After making an offer on a flat in Brockley, he came across as condescending, patronising and to be frank, rather rude. He went as far as making a few snide remarks.
In the end, I withdrew the offer as I wouldn't be comfortable with him managing the process.
Surprisingly poor sales acumen from "professional" estate agent.

Were excellent throughout- quickly found multiple buyers for our house with minimal fuss. They didn’t inflate the price of our house as many estate agents do but have a realistic valuation, good advice and without any pressure actually got us a very good price and buyers for our house in a difficult market. We liked that they have been in the area a long time and are a genuinely local business who know the area and houses here very well. They kept in touch with the chain and were on it in a way we haven’t found with estate agents before.

We had a great experience with Bryan and Keegan. They were true professionals throughout the entire process, with clear and consistent communication at every stage. Any questions we had Jaime and the team answered incredibly quickly, even on weekends. Their level of service was excellent, and they were also helpful in coordinating with all parties involved (including the solicitors and the other party's agents!). They were also competitive on price without compromise on quality.
On top of that, they were genuinely friendly and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent!
