This is the second time we have used Bushnell Porter Southsea, on this occasion it was for the sale of my mother-in-law’s house. We would now never consider anyone else. Tim & his team are great, honest, efficient & professional, it feels like having your hand held through sometimes difficult & stressful times.

Tim and his team have done such an amazing job selling our house. During the long process getting to the completion, Tim was always willing to find out where the process was at and report back. We can only say that the whole team at Bushnell Porter, Southsea, have been fantastic. So glad that we chose a small estate agent for our house sale.

Excellent service from Tim and Hayley from start to finish. The actual sale was a particular challenge as others in the chain were tied to a tight completion date because of mortgage issues. From offer to completion was 4 weeks and one day helped calmly along the way by Tim when those of us in the chain were feeling the stress.
