Right from the first viewing of the property we purchased through Bushnell Porter Tim and his team were fantastic, they went above and beyond during the sale process and it felt like they were working for us just as much as they were for the seller.
There were times I thought the sale might fall through due to disagreements on certain aspects but Tim mediated them brilliantly.
We will certainly look to Bushnell Porter if we ever decide to move on from the house we've just purchased.

I can not recommend Tim and the team at Bushnell Porter enough. Thanks to Tim we have purchased our dream home during what could have been an extremely difficult time. Throughout Tim was always available to talk to and replied to any queries I had at all times of the day. Our viewings were conducted during lockdown and Tim ensured strict Covid practices were followed without making it awkward. If you are buying or selling a property in Southsea then I would look no further than Bushnell Porter. Thanks Tim!!!

This is one of those reviews where 5 stars isn't enough. Tim at Bushnell Porter managed the recent sale of my property in Southsea and went over and above what I would have expected. Although he must have been busy with the property market as it is currently he always had enough time for me. He treated me as a valued individual and guided me beautifully through what could have been a stressful experience. Can't recommend him and Bushnell Porter highly enough and to my mind Tim is setting the bar for what other estate agents should aspire to. He's got a great sense of humour too! No hesitation in recommending him and Bushnell Porter to anyone considering a sale or purchase of any property

Brilliant service given during the difficult pandemic times, my partner and I highly recommend Bushnell Porter. Tim at the Southsea office couldn't have been more helpful and was very professional during viewings as well as in all email correspondence - we quickly knew we were in safe hands when buying our home! Thanks again for all your efforts, they were greatly appreciated.

This has been the best estate agent experience so far in my 8 personal house purchases in 40 years , friendly polite has all questions answered in reasonable time , infact very quickly 5 mins , communication was flawless throughout the whole process , and even afterwards , Tim is a lovely man to deal with , on top of all this he recommended a top notch solicitor for the job , extremely competitive pricing , who gave me 100% value for money service and again communication was brilliant , i will definitely use both companies again if i ever choose to move .
