Butcher residential handled the sale of two properties for me recently. The service I received was excellent and very professional from Mel and Holly. I have to say Mel is very knowledgeable and knows the market well, offering advice when asked and generally updating me every step of the way.
Holly was extremely helpful when I needed a document producing and went above and beyond to help.
Both properties sold very quickly without a hitch! Thank you ladies.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Butchers were selling the property I bought. Mel was always available and helpful. We had a difficult completion which Mel dealt with in a calm and professional manner whilst being understanding and thoughtful. Mel went the extra mile to ensure everything completed on time. Dealing with the sale and purchase we can’t recommend Butchers and especially Mel from the Denby Dale office highly enough. She kept us informed throughout the process and communication between the solicitors and vendors was never a problem. Always willing to attend the house to let prospective tradesmen in to provide quotes, nothing was too much trouble, fantastic service.

Poor communication and poor knowledge of the properties they are listing. This has resulted in a huge financial cost to us personally, and months of wasted time. Please be very careful if dealing with these Agents.

Failed to market at the correct price bracket and review at the right times. Lack of online tools, tracking and reporting without chasing. Re-used old poor quality photos. Comms, follow-up and feedback poor.
