Failed to market at the correct price bracket and review at the right times. Lack of online tools, tracking and reporting without chasing. Re-used old poor quality photos. Comms, follow-up and feedback poor.

I have known Ian Butcher of Butcher Residential since 1996 in this time my wife and I have bought and sold several properties through Ian, in this time we have always found him and his team to be very helpful throughout the whole process. The whole process of buying my property has been seamless by the team at Butcher Residential.
They have sent me info on properties that matched my requirements that hadn't even come on the market yet, both by email and phone.
Holly's been exceptional at keeping us up to date throughout the whole thing. Even when Holly's not been in the office, someone else has been able to pick up on the latest news which shows they must have good internal communications. I've had experience with others who don't have a clue what's going on most of the time.
Due to their communication skills, marketing and proactive team, we'll definitely be using Butchers to sell our home when the time comes. They come highly recommended by us!

Poor communication and poor knowledge of property being sold, which resulted in a financial cost and lost time to us personally as buyers. Would not recommend at all.
