The whole process took around three months to complete, and they managed expectations well, keeping everything realistic and transparent.

We can’t recommend Sophie and Elizabeth at Butler Sherborn highly enough. They sold Orchard House for us and were absolutely outstanding throughout.
The sale took longer than expected due to the complexities of the chain, entirely outside their control, yet their professionalism, persistence, communication and calm reassurance never wavered. What really stood out was just how proactive and hands?on they were, especially when compared with other firms involved in the chain!
Sophie genuinely went above and beyond, keeping everything moving and always acting in our best interests. A first?class service from start to finish, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

From the moment we walked in their door, we could tell this was the Agent for us, the whole Cirencester team treated us so well. We were listened to and understood, supplied with an exceptional brochure to accompany their knowledgeable viewing representatives. We have recently purchased our beautiful new home through Butler Sherborn, Burford office. We dealt with Henry and cannot recommend the service he provided highly enough. He was polite, proactive and communicated with us throughout the whole process…. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered promptly.
The whole team at Burford were friendly and professional always passing our messages on and getting back to us with any answers.
On completion we received a beautiful card and gift adding to the personal touch provided throughout the whole experience.
