I had a very positive experience working with Butler Sherborn in Cirencester during the purchase of my first house, from start to finish. Communication was consistently clear and responsive, which made a real difference.
They were also incredibly helpful in recommending reliable local contractors when needed, which saved time and gave extra peace of mind. Lucia was always on hand to answer questions, provide real updates, and offer support at each stage.
The whole process took around three months to complete, and they managed expectations well, keeping everything realistic and transparent.
