Overall I am extremely please with the manner in which Butler Sherborn have managed the sale. The property was ‘under offer’ after just 4 days but I worry until contracts exchange has taken place. With the World in chaos it takes a brave couple to take such risk. Wish me luck that all goes through. Thanks for the good advice contained on your website.

The staff at Butler Sherborn’s Cirencester office handled the sale of my property in Fairford recently and I was extremely impressed by their professional, friendly and supportive approach. From the outset, everything was handled promptly and efficiently; Sophie and Elizabeth quickly grasped how best to make me feel comfortable with the process. They delivered on all their promises and reacted with patience when some unexpected hiccups cropped up. I have bought and sold a number of properties over the past four decades and I can say without hesitation that Butler Sherborn were the best agents I have ever engaged.

Selling a house that has been your family home for over 40 years is a massive upheaval. We would like to thank the team at Butler Sherborn in Cirencester who have been brilliant at supporting us throughout the whole process. Advising us at each step and securing a sale at a price beyond our expectations. They were very efficient and exceptional at keeping us updated but also offering so much friendly help which was well beyond what was expected.So we received a very personal service.
