I instructed them to sell my barn with planning as they are local agents. A small office but with the advantage that everyone knows about your property and I was appointed a very efficient agent to handle the viewings and negotiation once the sale was underway. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a more personal involvement.

Rang them once. Spoke to someone, they didn’t answer after that. Subsequently sent web enquiries through Rightmove and separately, two emails. They responded to nothing. No texts, emails, calls…nothing. Finally, sent them an email telling them what I thought of them. Used to feel sorry for them. No longer . With Savills and Knight Frank over taking them they’re on their way out. They made their choice. They can live with the consequences. Goodbye Butler Sherborne. You had a choice about how you treated me. I will enjoy witnessing your decline.

My thanks to Katy Freeman and her team at Butler Sherborn for guiding me through the sale of my house in Charlbury. I had about 20 viewings within the first five days and they were able to secure a final bid that was above the original guide price. Recommended 100%.

Cirencester Butler Sherborn branch have just helped us buy our first house. From the moment we spotted the property on their Instagram post to the time we picked up our keys, communication was excellent and efficient. We also used the agents recommended solicitors for the house sale and they were super fast and very quick at arranging everything along with answering queries.
