They made the whole selling process feel effortless, fetched us a great price for our home, and were incredibly understanding when we had to put the sale on hold for a while due to a death in the family. Really impressed with the team - Helen and Katy in particular with the epitome of professional, courteous with a wonderful sense of humour! They appear to work 24-7 and I was kept fully aware of what was happening with my buyer. I'm happy to report we managed to secure an offer over the asking price from a cash buyer - it doesn't get better than that.
Although not the cheapest - they're well worth the money and I believe, a significant cut above any other estate agent I interviewed.
Thank you ladies - really appreciate all the efforts.

Everyone in Lettings at the Burford office are lovely. But Vanessa especially went above and beyond. In this current market where there is so little stock, huge competition and most estate agents don’t even bother returning calls, Vanessa always kept me in the loop, was available most of the times I called, and when not, returned my calls promptly. I’ve finally secured a property to rent and I can’t thank Vanessa and her team enough for making it happen!
