It was great to have Jenna as our estate agent for this house purchase and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We had a very stressful move, with three house purchases falling down late in the process before finally completing on this house, so we had experience of a lot of estate agents in South East London. I can confidently say that Jenna is the best of the lot and its not even close. We found with most estate agents, as they are paid by the seller, they have little concern for the buyer. We had several agents mess us around, deliberately mislead us, or keep information from us that led to us wasting both time and money, but Jenna was always sympathetic to our situation, was happy to do anything we asked and always did thinks quickly, and kept us immediately informed of any updates. It really felt like she was on our side, and we could trust her, which was really important to us after so many failed purchases. Thank you Jenna for everything and keep doing what you're doing!...
