Charles Head have managed a property that I have let, on and off, for variable amounts of time over the past 3 years. Jo Smith and her team, have provided a first rate, friendly and effective service throughout that time. They are always available to answer questions and they have always come up with creative solutions. In doing so, they have gone above a beyond in order to deal with even the most difficult of situations. This response is far greater than I have received from other agents I have used in the past. One member of the team, Sally, has been particularly helpful in dealing with any issues that there may have been and is very good at securing the services of various trades/services to deal with problems that may arise..
