Excellent service from start to finish. Highly professional, dealt with everything extremely efficiently and in an very courteous manner. Jo Smith was fantastic in helping us find our rental property, kept in regular contact and if she said she would do something, she absolutely did! If we were to ever consider using a company to rent out our own home, I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Charles Head. First class on all fronts.
