Altogether a positive experience. The initial consultation with Mario was well researched, explained and therefore impressive as a result - hence choosing this estate agent. Later in the process, Polly has been fantastic and deserves commendation for her efforts with my recent sale. I personally found the strategy of different specialists throughout the process a bit odd at times, and although I can understand the reasoning behind it, I would have perhaps found it a bit easier dealing with 1-2 people throughout, rather that 5-6.

Very professional, Very on the ball and kept both my and the seller's solicitors on their toes and on the ball throughout the whole process. I suspect without their persistence the whole process would have taken longer than needed. Always kept me informed about the progress. Definitely recommend.

My experience with Christopher Stokes has been really good. From beginning to end, they were very communicative, pleasant, friendly and patient. I truly want to thank Mario, Daniel and Polly for their assistance. Compared to some other agents we dealt with that seemed to care only about the seller and not the buyer. They showed us that we were as important as their client, the seller.
