Altogether a positive experience. The initial consultation with Mario was well researched, explained and therefore impressive as a result - hence choosing this estate agent. Later in the process, Polly has been fantastic and deserves commendation for her efforts with my recent sale. I personally found the strategy of different specialists throughout the process a bit odd at times, and although I can understand the reasoning behind it, I would have perhaps found it a bit easier dealing with 1-2 people throughout, rather that 5-6.

Luisa Dino is a great Sales Negotiator and very accommodating with respect to our request for viewing the property. Matthew Forecast was able to allay my fears of not having a credit history in the UK with respect to the referencing phase of the renting process.
