I had Aaron Jooste as my agent when looking for my property, and I have to say, what a great experience. Looking for properties in London can be so stressful, but with an agent like Aaron, it couldn’t have been easier. After a quick chat with him about what I was looking for, he got back to me with a few options in my price range, that were exactly what I was looking for. The hardest part about the process was picking which place I liked best. Every viewing I showed up to (even when I arrived early), Aaron was ready and waiting to show me my next potential home, with the knowledge and professionalism needed to handle such a big life commitment. Churchill & Mathesons were tremendously helpful in helping me secure my first apartment. I was kept updated promptly throughout the entire process, and the overall experience was extremely easy and smooth. Bojan was particularly helpful, and his advice, responsiveness and support were invaluable in helping me secure the property. He was always happy to answer any questions I had and made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly straightforward. I couldn’t recommend Bojan and the team at Churchill & Mathesons highly enough.

Avoid to rent with this agency !<br>We just ended our tenancy with them , they asked us to pay another day after our tenancy finished , then they charged us almost half for insignificant repairs, we left the flat very clean , almost as new , but me personally i know that when you rent a new property is normal to don’t expect to be as new if someone is living in that house … we don’t say that while we were living there we had so many issues with street guys entering into the building, stilling bikes , knocking at the door late night …the only good thing that it was in that apartment it was to see our daughter growing there .. avoid this agency!
