Terrible service. I spent 2 months without a bedroom door becuse they lost every single email and request for a fix I sent, even though I went into the building each time to ask who to talk to.
More recently I've been trying to contact them about rent records, and they've not given any response from voicemails I've sent.
If you read this review please fix your email system. I don't know how it's possible to lose 5 emails sent to 4 separate people.

Chose to use CM to sell a property after very positive first impressions and competitive commission.
CM successfully and professionally managed the whole process for us and we have just completed on the sale.

Beware of these when renting out a property. Charged for carrying out credit and reference checks for tenant which were clearly not correctly performed as they moved in an unemployed tenant who has not paid any rent over the tenure leading to court proceedings. Absolute nightmare
