I first met Paul when we were previously looking to buy. I remember thinking at that time if we ever need to sell that he would do a great job for us.
So when that opportunity came about, we engaged him and his team and they were superb, from getting our house online quickly, to staying in contact, and most importantly finding the right buyer and completing the sale. Along with Paul - Sol, Jennifer and Tory were also particularly helpful! A really good team.
We would happily use them again exclusively.

The Clarke Gammon team were excellent from start to finish.
Most importantly, they were proactive every step of the way. We didn't have to chase up once and felt we were carefully and thoughtfully walked through every step of the sale.
We also appreciated the fact that Paul and his team provided excellent feedback on every viewing. This was useful as it allowed us to be realistic about our prospects of a sale. We know this isn't something all agents do because we weren't asked for feedback on any of the houses we viewed for our onward purchase.
We feel certain that choosing the right agent in Clarke Gammon was a huge factor in subsequently achieving a quick and painless sale in a difficult market. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend CG to anyone looking to sell their home.

Clarke Gammon provided a excellent service for the recent sale of our family home. Paul was excellent at keeping in touch and providing good advice through the ups and downs of the sale process. Paul was rigorous, approachable, helpful and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone considering a local estate agent.

I brought my property through Paul Monkhouse at Clarke Gammon Weller in Haslemere. Paul was extremely helpful throughout the process. He is proactive and communicative. I was buying a probate property and was the top of a long chain and Paul made the whole process as straight forward as possible. I would 100% recommend Paul and Clarke Gammon Weller, Haslemere.
