We had a great experience working with Clifton & Co and their team, particularly Sarah from the Dartford branch, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They were consistently helpful and accommodating, especially with arranging multiple viewings and supporting us through the renegotiation process after the survey. Communication was generally strong, though there was a slight delay in notifying the seller about removing certain items from the house, which unfortunately meant this wasn't done, hence, my 4 star rating. However, despite this minor oversight, the service provided was excellent, and we would happily recommend them to others.

I recently bought a flat through Clifton and Co, and I had a fantastic experience. The entire team was amazing, but I especially want to highlight Sarah. She took the time to explain all the required documents clearly and kept me updated throughout the process, which made everything so much easier. It was truly a pleasure working with them, and I highly recommend Clifton and Co for anyone looking to buy a property!

Booked a viewing over the phone for Saturday 10am, I was waiting outside the property I ended up having to ring them because nobody turned up. The woman over the phone told me the property had gone and I wasn’t even on the system. Absolute jokers.

Clifton and Co. marketed out property extremely well and explained the best way to price the property to maximize exposure. We sold far quicker than we were expecting in the current market.

We had some issues with our buyers which delayed the sale and during that time the agent kept us up to date regularly. In some instances we were talking daily, sometimes more often. They were always polite, kind and considerate. Due to the issues we consider they went above and beyond to help push the sale through as quickly as possible.

My house was sold by the Dartford branch of Clifton and Co and I must say the service was exceptional. Clifton Button surveyed the property and suggested a price range and on the first weekend they found me a full asking price buyer who subsequently completed the purchase. Outstanding. At various stages I dealt with Steph, Sarah, Daryl and Loraine and nothing was too much for any of them. They were all friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I would highly recommend you use Clifton and Co Dartford an absolute credit to this much maligned industry. Well done all.

Worst estate Agency ever.... avoid at all cost, they are basically paid to do nothing, me and my partner done the viewings. The only thing I can rate for this company is Kristine who listed for us and she has left!
If you are unfortunate to be in the middle of selling avoid all dealings with progress manager Valerie Lever that woman is shocking at her job and should be sacked or put on a customer service course that includeds people skills cause all she does is cause more stress and hassle and makes your selling process even longer and when you say your not happy her response is “you can always relist your property”
When making an complaint to the director Lindsey Ede she ain’t bothered if you make a complaint because she will back her staff and sends obnoxious emails and send a bullying letter stating she wants payment within 7 days for their money... when I did make payment by cheque on the 27th December it was only cleared the week commencing 7th January.
Please don’t use this company as they ain’t worth the money or the added stress.
