We had some issues with our buyers which delayed the sale and during that time the agent kept us up to date regularly. In some instances we were talking daily, sometimes more often. They were always polite, kind and considerate. Due to the issues we consider they went above and beyond to help push the sale through as quickly as possible.

My house was sold by the Dartford branch of Clifton and Co and I must say the service was exceptional. Clifton Button surveyed the property and suggested a price range and on the first weekend they found me a full asking price buyer who subsequently completed the purchase. Outstanding. At various stages I dealt with Steph, Sarah, Daryl and Loraine and nothing was too much for any of them. They were all friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I would highly recommend you use Clifton and Co Dartford an absolute credit to this much maligned industry. Well done all.

Clifton & Co were really supportive during our purchase! The transaction took a shocking 8 months due to solicitor delays. Clifton & Co did their best to keep us up to date and help with chasing solicitors and housing associations which we really appreciated. Would work with them again. Thanks Sam and Daryl!

Clifton and Co are absolutely fantastic! We sold our house and purchased our current house through the Dartford branch during 2021.
From the initial valuation with Clifton, they were very professional, polite and made us feel valued as a customer compared to other local agencies. Then from dealing with Daryl, Charlie and Sarah within sales who were absolutely brilliant with all of the viewings that we had scheduled. All extremely polite, professional and approachable. They really made the whole process smooth and stress free. This was then also seen when we became not only sellers through Clifton & Co, but purchasers too. Fantastic service throughout.
Samantha in Sales Progression kept us informed of how things were moving forward during the sales and assisted with all the steps in moving.
I highly rate Clifton & Co and would recommend them to anyone. I was valued as a customer and the whole experience had been amazing with them.
I would absolutely use them again and couldn’t fault their professionalism and customer service.

I think it’s easy to underestimate the service that an Estate Agent offers in favour of cheap online agents. But the service is so much more than an advert and viewing.
Clifton’s were absolutely outstanding from valuation to exchange (not quite complete yet). Our sales progressor was fabulous! The unsung heroes of all house moves.
I am not sure you are allowed to quote names but VL is superb.

Well what can I say? Other than don't try to buy a property through them!!! We had been told on a number of occasions that WE ARE NOT the client or that they sell houses priced higher than the one we was buying, is absolutely disgraceful. The manner from the team was appalling, talking down to us constantly and kept telling us to borrow more money, from friends and family in order for them to sell the house.
Avoid at all costs!!!

The worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent ! A property came on the market myself and my partner were very interested in viewing and of course potentially buying and the day the property appeared on rightmove I rung the estate agent to book a viewing.. receptionist took all of my details and said an agent would call back, fast forward 48hrs and no call back so decided to call once more as had hoped for a viewing that week. Spoke again to a receptionist who chased up... fast forward another week and still no response ! Rung for a 3rd time almost 2 weeks since the property had come on the market and the receptionist was very apologetic and promised I would receive a call back... another week has gone by and no response! Actually feel sorry for the owners of the property as they have no idea that the lack of communication from this estate agent is potentially loosing them sales . If you want to sell your home I suggest you don’t use Clifton and co :)
