Less than a week after photos etc taken, the house went 'live' on the internet. The next day, I received a phone call from CobbAmos wanting to book a viewing the following day. The house was sold, etc, within a week.

Cobb Amos were very helpful dealing with the sale of my late mother's home. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they were always there when I was several hundred miles away.

We sold our property through Cobb Amos. Eleanor and Emma at the Knighton branch were extremely professional and helped us through the process every step of the way.
Emails were always answered promptly and kept us informed at every stage of the sale. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend anybody selling or purchasing to use them.

Unprofessional. Cobb Amos were commissioned to assess and value our property. 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, we had a message that they had cancelled, due to sickness. A second appointment was also missed. We later learned that they had done the valuation in their own office and told the company who commissioned them that they would visit the property to confirm their assessment. No way.
