Stuart Duncan was our contact. He definitely worked and toiled above and beyond what he needed to. Due to his efforts we managed to keep roughly to the time frame we needed. He was an extremely effective conduit between particularly obtuse solicitors. Would definitely recommend them again.

Selling my mum's property after her passing was tough, but Stuart at Complete made this a much less painful process. Despite issues with the chain and the need to obtain probate in short order, Stuart was professional and supportive throughout what turned out to be an extended sales process.

I wish that I could give them 0 stars.
Most dishonest, deceptive and scamming Estate agent that I’ve ever encountered (Mathew).
If he contacts you, report him and run away!
But the best is the precaution: Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Most horrible experiences of my house hunting with the guy!!!

Please avoid them! Scammers.
We viewed a shared ownership property with Mathew and 2 days later he told us the property is gone. However, 4 weeks later he called my husband to fill a shared ownership form as the property is back to market and Mathew said that it will be given to us. My husband filled the from, and the next day he called us and asked us to give him our bank details and evidence of savings. I stopped my husband to do that. Otherwise he would have stolen all of our money! We told mortgage advisors of what he asked us and they said that we can report him to the police! He is a scammers. Be careful please!!!

Overall quite good and I would recommend. Fair price (probably smallest on the market), communicatios ok and managed to secure few offers in 3-4 weeks, last one being the final and accepted it. I got slightly more than I would have priced the market but less than the agent marketed it at. It is a bonus as it works out towards more deposit to new house. There were a few things that I would have wanted such as more marketing on more platforms etc however that’s just a small remark. As mentioned very good price and overall quite good company to sell your house with.
