If he contacts you, report him and run away!

We viewed a shared ownership property with Mathew and 2 days later he told us the property is gone. However, 4 weeks later he called my husband to fill a shared ownership form as the property is back to market and Mathew said that it will be given to us. My husband filled the from, and the next day he called us and asked us to give him our bank details and evidence of savings. I stopped my husband to do that. Otherwise he would have stolen all of our money! We told mortgage advisors of what he asked us and they said that we can report him to the police! He is a scammers. Be careful please!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to share our fantastic experience with Brian Williams at Complete Estate Agents. My wife and I recently got married and were ready to find our next home. From the first chat with Brian, it felt like we were in safe hands.
He came round to our house, took the time to understand our situation, and gave us some great tips on getting our home ready for sale. He also helped us view a few properties that were on the market.
We’ve now viewed a house, put an offer down, and we’re excited to have chosen Brian as our estate agent. There are plenty of options in the Leamington Spa/Warwick area, but I can’t recommend Brian enough - he should definitely be at the top of your list!

Lettings manager at Rugby office is very rude, intimidating and engaged in harassment towards customers, especially those with disabilities on the telephone 18/09/2024.
The lettings manager had the bad manners to put the phone down when I asked to speak to a manager again extremely bad customer service!!
The manager is Unprofessional, rude, and makes false claims about customers being aggressive when they’re not - the only person who’s aggressive is letting manager in the Rugby office I would welcome a call from the managing director!

Over valued, under sold. We went with Complete based on seeing them sell in our road previously. Unfortunately, our process was not smooth sailing after we accepted an offer that was then recinded. We then didn't get any viewings and were told by Complete to reduce our price twice (despite them valuing the house, and us accepting their valuation as given). We did reduce twice, and although we had the house on for offers over, we were finally encouraged to accept an offer under. We were promised a plethora of viewings on sign up but in reality, we had only had 20 viewings booked and 18 turn up in almost 14 weeks on the market, and that was including 2 open houses. Some of this was down to the original photos being poor and having to be redone but then we missed the algorithms on Rightmove. We often felt some of the agents were apathetic, and some were incrediably patronising, especially if we were presenting as anxious due to different issues that arose. We didn't have one consistent agent either and seemed to be managed by 3 or 4 different people, which at times hindered communication. To be fair, Amy was great and explained things well. We were tied in to Complete for 16 weeks but if we could have changed agents at 8 weeks, we would have done. Also, it often felt that although we were Complete's paying client, it didn't feel like it at all, and they made some decsions that caused quite a bit of stress to our children, both of whom have additional needs. We explained this to Complete several times but we felt this was disregarded. Maybe our experience was a one off but even though we have sold, we would not use Complete again and would not recommend to our friends.

Estate Agents had clearly done their research into selling price of recent similar properties on my estate . They offered to do a video walk round , which is their USP v some other agents . The results were very professional and have to be viewed by prospective purchasers before arranging a visit . This probably helped secure an offer from the first person to visit . Negotiations over price were conducted swiftly and without any pressure . So far so good !

It is clear that she loves what she does, and she does it consummately, appreciating both the emotional and financial aspects to the process. I hope I settle for life now, but if I needed to sell again, I would seek her out.

Stuart was so helpful in both selling our home and purchasing our new property. Complete provided a thorough service for a competitive price, with the added bonus of a virtual walk through which was extremely useful given the current restrictions, as a brilliant resource both for selling our property and viewing prospective properties with them. Everything was clear and an easy process, and we felt Stuart really wanted to help us get the best possible price for our property, while also helping us navigate the sometimes tricky process with solicitors and buyers. We booked in to see a house which was very popular and a lot of viewings booked.
When we arrived they didn't have our details but as we were the first viewing that wasn't an issue.
The agent wasn't very friendly, didn't seem to want us there and got a feeling he didn't think we could afford the house.
We put in an offer and then a second offer but didn't get any feedback on the offer, we then saw the property had been sstc online but we still hadn't had any feedback.
When we called up the agent we were told 'yes there were lots of offers but its sold' no apologies for the lack of update and when we said this was bad customer service and would have liked an updats they didn't seem bothered.
Really upset with the service we got which is a shame as we are still looking for a house but hope a house we want doesn't come up with them

Contacted them on the same day that a property was listed, took them a day to respond and then all appointments were booked apparently.
They called to offer me a single time slot on a single day - now what's the probability that would be convenient.
No flexibility, no customer service/problem solving skills exhibited. Total shambles stay away from these amateurs.

Stuart sold us our first home and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. With viewing larger homes than most first time buyers, other estate agents seemed sceptical and therefore rude. These guys we're very professional, zero pushy on viewing allowing us to appreciate property ourselves rather than pointing out the obvious every turn which really irritates me, they we're honest and candid.
They accommodated at short notice additional viewings. Even collecting the keys during a difficult time they accommodated with an hours notice.
Highly recommended. Don't change!

If you're looking to sell your home then Complete247 are the agents to use. They demonstrated total professionalism across the entire process. The marketing material for our house was produced with speed and the highest quality imagery. They created a fabulous amount of interest in our open day, and were considerate to us with subsequent individual visits - not that we had very many as they had our house sold in just over two weeks. We have been so pleased with the professionalism and attitude from the whole Complete Leamington Spa team, and special mention and thank you to Phillipa and Amy for staying close and keeping us in the loop. From the outset the enthusiasm and motivation to do a great job selling our property was a cut above, as was the photography, brochure, online marketing inc. the virtual tour technology - what a great marketing tool. We interviewed a few agents but really made our mind up at 1st meet with Complete. The experience received when you walk in to the office is the best in town. The office is very classy with friendly helpful staff. They get beautiful houses and apartments to sell so if your looking to buy in Lemaington, Warwick or kenilworth make sure you say hi to them.

In my experience, very poor service. Agents lack in customer service skills and don't keep sellers informed of progress without constantly being on their back. There are plenty of estate agents in Leamington - if you're a seller (or buyer) - deal with another one.
