We switched from a massively disappointing experience with a much larger chain to Cooke & Co to sell our home, and what a great choice we made. Jay and the Broadstairs team were fabulous and achieved a quick sale, plus a shout out to Vicki for her good cheer and tenacity in carrying it through post offer, eliminating all obstacles and steering us and our buyers over the finish line.
