This was my first time using Cooke and Co, and I will definitely be using them again for any future sales or purchases.
They have been professional, polite and very effective, every step of the way.
Vicki in particular has been absolutely amazing, a true credit to the company. In several instances there were issues (outside of the Estate agents control), she was fundamental in ensuring the transaction took place with as minimum fuss as possible, going above and beyond.
Her communication, professionalism, knowledge, diligence and persona, have been fundamental in ensuring there was no collapse, and the transaction was concluded in time. Many thanks Vicki
