We switched from a massively disappointing experience with a much larger chain to Cooke & Co to sell our home, and what a great choice we made. Jay and the Broadstairs team were fabulous and achieved a quick sale, plus a shout out to Vicki for her good cheer and tenacity in carrying it through post offer, eliminating all obstacles and steering us and our buyers over the finish line. I thoroughly recommend Cooke and Co: they really earned their fee when selling my property. They went above and beyond chasing the purchase through to make sure it happened before the chain fell apart. I will certainly be using them again when I sell another property.

Vicki has been incredible throughout the whole process!! She has responded to all of our queries promptly and has kept us informed throughout the entire process. She has gone above and beyond helping to chase solicitors and has even kept in contact throughout her annual leave as we were trying to exchange this week before the Christmas break. Cannot thank her enough for all her help and support. She has made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for us. Thanks Vicki!!

The whole team have been really supportive in selling my late father's property, hats off to all of you. It has been especially tricky as I live 200 miles away from dad's property! Really big thank you also to Vicki who has been an absolute star when things got stressful. Would recommend you all to anyone thinking of selling their property.
