I had top-tier experience buying my home 1 year ago! David Evans are a small team, but all very efficient and effective. Mark in particular is an example of what a great estate agent should be like!!! Top professional!!! Can't recommend Mark enough: no call left unreturned, direct communication (I mean how many estate agents can you communicate with directly on WhatsApp?), swift action, will go above and beyond, very people-centric approach, will make the deal go through regardless of setbacks or delays caused by lawyers, bureaucrats and others involved in the process.
