Really happy with the service from David Evans & Co.<br>Mark was very helpful from start to finish. Whenever I had a question, I got a reply really quickly and never had to wait long. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made buying my property easy. I would happily recommend them.

Taken a while to get round to this, but we had a good experience with David Evans, specifically dealing with Mark during a house purchase in Plumstead. He worked hard to keep the chain moving and coordinating between various parties. Would strongly consider using them when it comes to selling our property.

Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

Mark and the team at David Evans Estates were genuinely fantastic throughout our journey to sell our flat in Plumstead. Mark was polite, courteous and always happy to discuss any issues with us and kept us informed and updated throughout the process. Selling a flat (especially a leasehold) is a stressful experience but Mark and the team excelled in their jobs and made the process as simple and stress free as possible
