The worst estate agents I have dealt with.
Unprofessional people are working there and only care about taking your money.
They don't care about repairs or any other issue you have with the property
They use EVERY possible excuse to make YOU pay for things that you are not supposed to by using LIES. Especially when you leave the property they make sure they keep a BIG chunk of your deposit to refurbish the property on your expenses ????
Whether you are a landlord or a tenant:
Avoid like the plague??

Louise is AMAZING! excellent communication, nothing was too much work, frequent updates, so kind and friendly. Went out of her way to help me and my partner through a very stressful move! If we ever move I wouldnt use anyone other than davis and sons! All of the team are a credit to the company, so helpful! 100% recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy through them! Customer service is second to none!

When I first advertised my house I had an awkward tenant refusing to leave, they gave her advice and were extremely helpful and patient, they recommended a rubbish removal company, a locksmith, dealt with the eviction on my behalf and everything they have done and all the recommendations they have made have been excellent, once my house was empty they managed to show the first person round who is now buying the house, what was potentially a very stressful time for me was made a lot easier by the amazing expertise from Davis & Sons, I am so grateful my brother found them for me and for all their help

Absolute cowboys, as a landlord i have never seen any one as bad ,a 5 year old could run this better than them avoid at all cost or you will end up losing money
